The drive thru is slow at times but the wait is worth it. Best Taco Bell around the area. They don’t disappointed on the steak or chicken. Both my items was perfect. Most Taco Bells hardly give enough steak or chicken in the $7 grilled cheese steak burrito and the chicken quesadilla. Thanks for the good food.

Asked us to order from Kiosk..while all just stood around… yet the next people to come in did get to order up front and got their food first…
Didn’t put all we ordered into the bag. Didn’t have hot cups for coffee..
Didn’t even cut my quesadilla…
I mean..not asking for much, it is just taco bell, but would at least expect the bare minimum…couldn’t even do that… ♂️

Every time I go to this location, they always get my order wrong. This time they did not only get my order wrong, but this is how much sour cream they provided me for an entire cantina chicken quesadilla.

TERRIBLE idea. Every time I crave Taco Bell, I forget just how crappy this particular one is. The soft tacos were literally soaked and dripping through the wrappers. The shells themselves were stale. I asked for no onions on my burritos – they had onions. And they did not include some of order. Plus the food was cold right when they handed it to us at the window, like it had been sitting on the counter for hours instead of a warmer or just made.
Leaving this review so I don’t forget next time just how disgusting this place is. (We’ve been here four times in the 18 months we’ve lived in Warsaw, and it has been this terrible each time – never again.)

Employees do not care or are not concerned about your doordash orders. They will serve everyone else before you. Stood there for more than 30 minutes and the Employee lied and said it was being prepared. When it clearly wasn’t. Stood there still. Had to unassign the order. Then customer decided to get into my conversation thus almost starting a fight which he should never have said anything to begin with. No one minds their own business there.

After a baseball game with my kids. This was a place we love to stop at but the last two times we have been here have been one of our worst experiences at Taco Bell. At 11am they didn’t have any ice for the drinks and didn’t care. Sauces or forks not filled in the lobby told staff never filled it and our hard tacos were soft and bendy and missing meat kids hated them. Order was all messed up too. And my kids got chips but the cheese was cold and hard with hardly any cheese in the cups. Cheese roll ups cold and stiff. Informed them on everything and they didn’t care. We observed staff messing around in the back and playing in the back not caring at all. We will be finding a new Taco Bell after baseball games or somewhere else after this experience. We gave them a second try it was all around poor service. Also bathrooms bad being your own TP if you go.

Warsaw has 2 Taco Bells that couldn’t be more differently managed. The frontage road Taco Bell is the good one. And then… there is this one. Slow, poorly staffed and as a local the few times I made the mistake of trying it (which is only twice) it has delivered consistently with the slowest service you will ever experience. Ordered 2 tacos and no drinks and…. With zero people ordering and only 2-3 cars total they ask you to pull up and wait (to falsify their service times) They wait? 25 mins. Got time to waste & watch sunset in Warsaw? This is your place. Arrive a half hour before sunset & you will be good

Worst taco bell in the United States, workers are rude and slow. Ice machine has been broken in the lobby for god knows how long. Machine in lobby also lacks carbonation, and drinks are warm. took 20 minutes for them to make me one single taco. I was waiting on my singular taco and all the workers kept looking around like they didn’t know what they were even doing. Lobby was also a disgusting mess and stunk. Definitely don’t go here if you don’t want your entire day ruined.
