Let me start by saying if I got absolutely nothing, a singular star wouldn’t be deserved. So we ordered Uber eats. Got a 6 piece chicken, a double flamethrower (both meals) with three blizzards and a banana split. Tell me why we had to wait for 4 Uber drivers to wait around and leave before they finally stopped playing with themselves and made less than the bare minimum. They only got the three blizzards, one of which wasn’t even the right one, and some strawberry smoothie we didn’t order. So where’s the food? We just downright didn’t get it. None of it. It took them an hour or more to make 3 blizzards and the wrong drink. I was reading the reviews while we waited for the fourth driver and I thought “these reviews are so asinine they can’t all be true” but now? Oh yeah this location needs razed, bulldozed and turned into another minimart. People are getting paid to work there too. That’s the most pathetic part of all this. Shameful.
Oh and don’t even bother calling. They probably have numerous arson threats cause the mailbox is full and they won’t answer the phone. Like at all. Shameful

One star because the food was great but the employees are beyond rude. The kid on drive thru literally has zero customer service skills. Never in my life have I had such a terrible drive thru experience. Based on previous reviews, it seems like DQ is aware of the issue and has done nothing. Do better. Until then avoid this location at all costs.

For some reason after flipping the burger four times on the grill to try to melt the cheese it was then put in the microwave with the bun to make sure pickles were nice and hot I guess.( I watched the preparation second time.) Over microwaving made the bread rubber and hard. I came back to complain about the stale,hard,old food not knowing it was just over microwaved which dried out and hardened everything, it wasn’t edible. After watching the overgrilled burger put on the bun and then placed in the microwave I asked was that my burger? He said yes, I said well I don’t want it in the microwave, that’s probably what happened to it the first time. The third photo is how the burger looked after I told him it didn’t need to be microwaved.

Don’t answer the phone because this is the second time they messed up my order. I ordered my blizzard with oreo and m&m and they put the oreo in but I still get charged for it. Totally not cool

Literally ordered 3 blizzards and got plain ice cream for all 3 of them… like come on if you didn’t wanna make it then just refund it but don’t send someone a large blizzard with no mix ins .. honestly the few times I do come here I get bad customer service and undercooked food. This place needs to be retrained on everything DQ or shut down ….

I have never had a worse DQ experience in my life. I used to work at one for 5 years so I know whats up and I know sometimes things just go wrong but oh man where do I begin. First this DQ doesn’t offer basic upgrades like others. I couldn’t even upgrade a drink to a medium blizzard. They told me I would have to pay full price if I did that. Second I had a relatively simple order. 4 piece basket and a flamethrower triple both with large drinks and large curds. A regular Onion ring and a medium blizzard. Easy right? Wrong I guess. Basically everything was wrong. They gave me regular fries for both instead of my large curds. They charged me a large onion ring but GAVE me a regular one. Almost didn’t hand me one of my drinks I had to get the cashier back to the window; the toast, and when I got the curds, were all undercooked along with the rings. Plus my flamethrower had mustard and ketchup ALL over it! When I got a new sandwich they gave me a double instead of a Triple, I was laughing at how crazy this is. I’ll definitely never be coming back to this DQ bad service and incompetence everywhere.

Unable to contact store after app selected won’t store on 10th St (I didn’t want to drive 15min each way, out of my way for a sunday that was supposed to be on my way home)… Pls cancel order made at 5:58 online with no way to cancel. Online said to call with problems. Called two dozen times non-stop, no answer, and mailbox full. Called the number on pending transaction, and they said to contact the store.

My food is always fresh, I can give you that. But the young boy on the speaker is very rude and not friendly for service. Also, my blizzard is never thoroughly blended. Once I’m halfway through it, it’s just vanilla ice cream.

Arrived at 9:44 pm and was told that they were only taking door dash orders because they were closing soon. Have gotten there a multiple times late in the evening and told that they are only accepting cash. Very inconsistent and always seems to be issues late in the evening.

Tried to go inside and eat and all the doors are locked and the guy behind the counter just stared at us like he’s lost in space. No reasoning or anything. Probably don’t want people sitting inside and see all the roaches.
