This place is solid. I’ve eaten here about 5 times and very glad they are around. I’ve had quite a few types of their sushi rolls; however, the fantasy roll and golden girl roll stand out the most to me. The vegetable tempura and noodles were good as well. Service is always so nice and attentive. The atmosphere is modern and you would have no clue you were near a Walmart otherwise. Everything here is good quality and fresh. Give em a try.

Every roll was spicy even though nothing we ordered was supposed to be. First time any of us has ever gotten multiple bones in salmon sushi. Response to owner: Thanks, they know how to ready “spicy” on a menu and even the waitress confirmed what we ordered shouldn’t have had jalapeno or other spicy ingredients. Those in our party who didn’t want anything spicy ordered accordingly.

This was our first time at Sushi Queen, and we’re so glad we came! The sushi was unbelievably fresh and beautifully prepared, and the staff made us feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and try more of their rolls — highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing sushi!

Came in on a Saturday at about 3:30. (They have a lunch menu Monday to Saturday 11-3) Ruth was our server. She was amazing. The atmosphere and music was a great. I ordered the chirashi bowl and my fiancé had the white tiger roll and hibachi, all dishes were amazing and had wonderful flavor.
We didn’t need to ask for anything and the servers knew when to approach. Great spot and would highly recommend. I would be back again to try another roll and entree.

This restaurant is my go-to for reliable, tasty sushi; the quality and consistency of the rolls keep me coming back. That said, a few areas could improve the overall experience. The spring rolls don’t match the sushi’s standard—they’re frequently messy and taste mostly of lettuce. The main frustration, however, is the wait at the end. After finishing the meal, there’s almost always a lengthy delay to receive the check and complete payment, which puts a damper on an otherwise good visit. Fixing this service bottleneck would make it a five-star destination.

Amazing service, sushi was tasty with great prices and their miso soup is the best i’ve ever tasted and they give you a larger bowl of it than any sushi restaurant i’ve been to and i’ve eaten sushi all around charlotte. would go again their high rating is truly genuine

Super sad I came on my 30 minute lunch break to get my food & there was hair in it. I’ve always frequented this restaurant & haven’t had any food from here in a while. My mouth was watering as I was putting sauce on it & then I noticed a long piece of black hair over my sweet carrots which were my fav. I’m so sad & hungry. & I now I don’t have any time to grab anything else. 30 mins & $14 wasted ♀️
However everyone’s always nice when I go so that’s a plus.

Absolutely stunning atmosphere and even BETTER sushi! The rolls were thick and jam packed with flavor, they practically melted in your mouth. I can’t wait to come back!
