My order has never been 100% right. Items I’ve paid for are not in the bag. You are stealing from people. The last time I ordered a 5pc tenders, there was no side and they actually cut one of the tenders in half. The tenders are aleeady about half the size they used to be. The tenders were great, that is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Do better.

Update: March 1, 2025 Consistently great and fresh. Herbie is an awesome employee. Concerned about my visit. Asked if everything was fresh and hot. In one visit in 20 minutes I had Herbie and the General Manager (female) inquire regarding my satisfaction. Awesome training! Awesome manager & staff!

Picked up an order for DD. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice. I am a bit judgemental when it comes to Popeyes. I’m from South Mississippi where Popeyes is King of fried chicken. I gotta give the Johnson City location props though. They can really throw down and its always clean and smells good.

Really great service! The chicken was the best and the Mac and cheese was really flavorful. I got a strawberry Fanta that really cleansed my taste palette. Hands down the best Popeyes I’ve ate at.

cat the manager here is super nice, she gave me a free side and desert with meal today. i got some chicken wings and some fries. all the chicken was hot and fresh. the store was so clean and all the employees looked so happy to be here.

The food was fresh, excellent and cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy, Mac & cheese baked perfectly, Cajun fries were fresh and had that crunch I like, and the biscuit was buttery and soft. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and nice. The manager, Cat was helpful at answering my questions about the food and on how it was being made.

Was all and all good but left my Cajun fries out of my order and it’s not like I ordered a lot I used to work in this atmosphere a 16 pc family meal comes with 3 sides and I ordered 1 extra red beans and rice and they left my fries out because they weren’t paying attention to the order but to the time on the order in my own opinion being a manager of a fast food restaurant myself

Came to the restaurant and a cold day craving some hot fried chicken was greeted by a wonderful person. Her name was Lele got amazing service fast food and was full within a 20 minute time span took a little to go. The restaurant was very clean.

If it would let me I wouldn’t give them a star at all. I ordered a 5 piece tender, a 4-piece signature chicken combo with fries, and a classic chicken sandwich. As you can see in the pictures it’s nothing but old, dried out wings that looks like was made when they first opened. No fries, no biscuit, and only 1 tender. Theres only 1 whole wing in both boxes. So I paid $44.76 for their trash. I would advise going to KFC or Bojangles.
