This spot blew me away. I stopped by for brunch and everything — from the atmosphere to the food — was spot-on. The place has a vibrant, artsy feel with colorful décor, cozy booths, and lots of natural light.
Now to the food:
The tacos are absolutely worth it — packed with flavor, great texture, and fresh ingredients. The chilaquiles verdes were the real standout: stacked high, drenched in tangy green sauce, and topped with a perfectly cooked egg. Comfort food done right.
Don’t skip the café de olla either — served in a traditional mug with cinnamon spice and rich coffee aroma. It pairs perfectly with the vibe here.
Service was friendly and fast. Great place for a casual brunch or to catch up with friends. Gallo Blanco nails it — can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu!

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever had in phoenix, we had the Naco Torta and La Bomba burrito, and elote appetizer. So filling and delicious! For dessert the tres leche cake is a must!! It was perfectly smooth and creamy. Will definitely come again

The food here was amazing! We ordered the carne asada tacos and they were absolutely delicious. The margaritas were also incredible (super flavorful and perfectly made). We also tried the churros, and honestly, they are one of the best I’ve ever had in my life.
The place is really beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the music adds to a really fun and enjoyable vibe. I 100% recommend this restaurant :))

I mean talk about mouth watering, Gallo Blanco is delectable. From the drinks, to the food, to the service – all outstanding. I was disappointed I didn’t have an opportunity to return for another night and if I lived locally, would make this a staple.
Ordered the tacos; fried chicken, pork belly and carne asada. They were so good I ordered a 4th (pork belly again). I had the house margarita (x2).
Service was top level. Sat at the bar, got a bunch of recommendations of other places to visit whilst in town.
Highly, highly recommend.

This is a modern Mexican restaurant with cool and hip vibe. It has good services and yummy food. Went there on Tuesday night and it was almost full house. Horchata and Gallo Margarita were great. The bartender, Connor, who was also our server, served our drinks quickly. The shrimp cocktail was incredible and refreshing. It is the best shrimp cocktail ever! I liked the freshness of the shrimp and the flavorful cocktail sauce. Chilaquiles was yummy too.
Visited the restaurant again a few days later to try their pozole, tacos, and churros. All tasted good.

All the food here is AMAZING! I’ve gone two times and I’ve had the Huevos Rancheros and the chilaquiles and it taste so authentically Mexican. 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered Tacos La Parillada and went four-for-four with variety: Al Pastor, Barbacoa, Puerco Colorado, and Campechano, along with a side of beans and rice. I also ordered chips and salsa, which were fresh and a great way to kick things off.
The tacos were loaded—generous portions of meat, well-seasoned, and filling. This wasn’t one of those places where you need six or seven tacos to feel satisfied. Four was way more than enough, and I definitely left full.
Beyond the food, the experience stood out across the board:

I have a grudge against most pricey tacos places and despite that I still think gallo is a great spot, the vibe is nicely artful and the food is amazing beyond the tacos. My personal favorite is the ceviche, plus the tacos are a decent size so they fill you up. The bar tenders and servers are personable. Pretty good date spot if you are looking for that sort of thing
