I ordered the T-Pain Munchie Meal with Chick-N-Tater Melt, Two Tacos (a must), and 6pc French Toast Sticks. The Chick-N-Tater Melt was fantastic, and while I believe it’s limited time, I hope it’s here to stay. The curly fries are always good, and I was shocked at how much I enjoyed the cookie. It’s soft and chewy, and it might need to be added to my standard order. I don’t come to JitB without getting some tacos. And the French Toast Sticks are good, but not my thing. But if you like them normally, you’ll love them here.
The guy who took my order in the drive thru line was friendly and had a good customer service voice. The only odd thing is he asked if my order on the screen was correct, but had no way to verify himself when I asked him a question. The lady who gave me my food was also nice and friendly. The big frustration was I waited 30 minutes in the holding area out front of the restaurant to get my food. It was nice and hot when I got it, but wasn’t looking to take forever to get brunch. Two other cars were also waiting for their food, so it was a slow service Saturday.
I love Jack in the Box and I’ll give this location another chance when I pass through the area, but wasn’t impressed with the wait times on my first visit.

These two young people were really good with helping me and were super kind. They had black hair and would compliment my labubus I had scattered across my car. I love Jack in the box!

We stopped and were first timers to jack in the box. The kids were excited to try their burgers and tacos. We ended up getting a couple kids meals, some tacos and the spicy chicken sandwich. The kids liked the burgers. I thought for a kids meal it should have had a little more fries. The Spivey chicken sandwich had a good spice, enough lettuce and a couple tomatoes. I was impressed at first but then realized there wasn’t much chicken. The tacos were a little greasy but not too bad. Overall, we enjoyed it. My son loved the burger. The building should have been a little cleaner but the employees were friendly and patient.

Fast food, much larger menu than most fast food places, plenty of choices with with prices ranging from a couple dollars on up! Very very satisfied every Time we dine here.. we have yet to purchase french fries that weren’t piping hot! Restrooms and dining room are always clean. Dining areas inside and outside are always tidy! Thank you Jack in the box Cedar City!

I got the jr jumbo jack and I couldn’t even open the wrapper as if it’s been melted sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours. Opened it up and the whole thing was extremely soggy. I took 2 bites and couldn’t even finish it as much as I would’ve liked to. The tacos were great for once, I usually have to ask for no hot sauce so I know that they’re fresh but I forgot this time.
I usually come to this location about once or twice a year but every time I visit it seems like one of my food items was pulled out of the trash can.
I don’t usually make reviews but it seems i’m always disappointed when I get food from here.

I love this place! Was just here today. I heard the building might be torn down with the lighthouse to build a road. Is this true, Jack in The Box? If it is, I honestly would be sad.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not a single worker came to the counter to help anyone standing in line. They made everyone use the 1 and only kiosk to order their food. And then messed up several orders. And had us stand at the counter to wait for one of them to help us again. They would just look at us and go back to whatever they were doing.

What is this slop? $4 for 7 french fries, thanks a lot. The picture at the drive thru showed a box 2 times that size bursting with fries and topping. Jack and the Box really went down the drain.

We had never eaten at Jack in the Box before and were pleasantly surprised. We went through the drive thru and it took about 5 minutes total to order and get our food. I added photos of my grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings, which I thought were very good!
