This Culver’s had the best service I have ever seen. When anyone walked in one lady said “Welcome to Culver’s” and it honestly made my day. The employees were super nice and helpful. Overall great experience. Keep it up!

Stopped by this Culver’s for dinner on a road trip. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice patio. The food was well prepared and done promptly. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The manager (Wendell, I believe?) was especially kind and conscientious.

They were great about accommodations for my food allergy and letting me know which items were safe for me to eat. They were able to explain their cooking procedures so I could make a confident decision about what to order and they made sure any necessary food precautions were communicated to the back of house. I noticed they even used the order as a teaching moment for a less experienced employee.

I visited the Culver’s in Baldwin, WI while I was on a road trip. I ordered the Wisconsin Swiss Melt sandwich basket. It quickly arrived at my table and was very hot and tasty.
The staff was friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was clean.
The only issue is when I ordered my sandwich I did not ask for a double but the counter person put the order in as a double, when they told me the price I realized they made a mistake and I had to ask to change it to a single.

Received great customer service from Anakin. When our food was brought to us, part of our order was wrong. We were going to let it go because the restaurant was busy, but Anakin wanted to make sure we were happy – and had the item remade. Culver’s always has great food, but the customer service we received from Anakin made this a great experience instead of a disappointing one.

I was in the Baldwin, WI Culvers on Christmas Eve and it was packed and overflowing. There was only one young man named VANCE at the register taking orders with some cranky impatient people waiting. When I got to him, he was cheerful and ready to take my order despite all the people waiting. He was efficient and pleasant despite being the only person taking orders. I told him to keep up the good work as he was doing a great job. Vance is an asset to your Culvers!

The fries were normal but the wife and I both got the Culver’s deluxe. They forgot the onions and for some reason the burgers were cold – not refrigerator cold but room temp! Disappointing. It took quite a while to get our food as well.

Wish I could give “Service” 10 Stars.. Everyone is super friendly and smiling. Place is extremely clean and everything works. It’s crazy, even the Coke Zero taste sweeter.
