I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones but I am extremely disappointed. I don’t understand the hype for this place. I ordered a Baja style Barbacoa turtle and it was not good at all. It was flavorless!!!! The cilantro lime rice was very bland and didn’t taste no cilantro at all, The meat lacked flavor also. Chipotle is 10 times better. If it wasn’t for the Baja sauce I wouldn’t have even been able to eat half of it, I gave the other half to my son. I will not be returning.

I really enjoyed the “turtle”, my wife liked her street tacos but said they were somewhat oily. Would much rather they have Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero. Cool dining room, employees were very helpful.

Loved the turtle (fajitas, Gomez way)! Two vegetarian options: fajitas or tofu. Prices are super reasonable. Food came out fast. The staff was welcoming. Cute space. Parking can be difficult as it’s all street parking nearby.

Despite the less-than-perfect rating on here, the food is really good and has been consistent in quality and taste the few times I’ve been here. If you do gluten and meat, I highly recommend the Gomez-style Turtle w/ chorizo!

My cousins suggested I get the turtle and it’s hands down the best thing on their menu!! It’s like a burrito but has a crunchy cheesy shell inside it. So good. The queso was great, just a bit small for the price. I added menu pictures with up to date pricing as a reference.

The turtle was great. I got the chicken one with gomez filling which had onion, corn, rice, peppers and a crunchy exterior for a decent price. Wait time was also short at only 10 minutes to get my food fresh and hot! Better than chiptole or taco bell and will be my go to place from now on!

We hired Gomez for our wedding (9/19/25) and they were absolutely great. I could not recommend them more. The food was so delicious and the staff (Jen was our contact) + all other staff at the event were so incredibly nice and organized and great!
