Today I order eight fingers and when I got home I was surprised to see one of them being smaller it’s basically very much all batter and a tiny bit of chicken. I checked the other pieces and I noticed I only have six and a half instead of eight pieces. The receipt says eight pieces. Not coming back here again

My kids love their Chicken fingers. When they were new in town they were all the rage. Sadly I feel like their service is deteriorating. I was so tired and my kids wanted a treat, normally I don’t get them take out only once a month. I placed the order while I was on my way, not expecting to be stuck in traffic. I didn’t want to get off the car so I kindly ask if I could get my order in the drive thru. It was like I ask something forbidden. I was explained my order should’ve been ready according to the app, but I got stuck in traffic. She order assist, changed her tone and she said normally they don’t but let them know and they tell you if they can get it. Same reach at the window, I asked nicely if they’re weren’t able to just bring it over through the window “I wasn’t complaining my food might already be cold not fault of their own” yet their attitude was so rude. After a few seconds they located my order. Gave me the wrong nice drink and when I let her know again the attitude. I already paid for my food ahead of time, I just had a long day and wanted my food, there was as no need for rudeness. I wasn’t asking for a hand out. Please it’s free to be kind, you don’t know what people are going through.
