Went there New Year’s Eve. The line was down the street. It was very unorganized ppl who had uber orders and ppl who didn’t prefer had to stand in the same line so by the time you got your pizza it was either cold or they gave you someone else order. The ppl waiting in line inside was past the amount of ppl that should have been inside at one time way over the capacity. The young lady taking the orders didn’t even know what she was doing. Horrible experience. And it was not clean in there at all. Some ppl pizzas was burnt hopefully they’ll get a better system

Tried a slice of pepperoni i never had pepperoni under cheese. At first I thought i had the wrong pizza. It was really yummy. Cheese had a nice pull the sauce was straight forward tomato not spicy or acidic probably white pepper garlic salt. Overall 7.5/10 I’ll be back to try more next time im in Chicago it’s a solo trip can’t eat an entire pie. Great job

Cashier recommended a jerk chicken slice.
It was decent however, it wasn’t fresh, it was like it had been sitting for 15 -20 mins. in the warmer because it was stuck to the paper. Cashier was also nice to sprinkle oregano on top. Thanks!

I ordered a pizza on fight night…and a Saturday at that….so of course it was an hour wait. Got the food and my order was wrong. I let them know immediately and the manager Jamal didn’t argue, wasn’t rude, just apologized and offered me a refund. But I wanted my pizza, so he personally made it…did it correctly…gave me the next size up for the inconvenience and had it ready in 15mins. Best customer service I’ve had on a Saturday night at a fast food place in a really long time.
The food here is amazing, but the customer service I received is what will make me continue to return!

This is my 3rd time in a row going to pick up a pizza from here and the line was ridiculous. Ppl waiting on orders, no line structure & the workers not caring. I told myself last time was the last time but I went again and same result extremely disappointing. This time I was shorted food as well…..this is the smallest 16″ ive ever received and I love Italian fiesta but I will no longer go to this location……0 outta 10 I wouldn’t recommend

I’m done with Italian fiesta. I ordered 2 large pizza on Super Bowl. It was crazy it wasn’t organized at all. I ordered my pizzas from the Dolton area it was crazy It will be hour in have wait. I get there wait outside for hour. Get inside wait 45m because they can’t find my pizzas. The They finally it it’s not what I ordered. Then the manager suppose to give me the different it takes 20m.
2/13/26 My Job have a little party we order from 71 street 2lrg pizza and one personal pizza I get one lrg with everything on the one lrg. I had to order two more personal that too hour in have to get there cold. I called the store for the manager they took my number and never called me I’m done.

I ordered a small sausage and cheese pizza, one beef sandwich, and one beef sandwich with fries and slaw. Both beefs had cheese, and my husband and I don’t eat cheese on our beefs. We called and recorded the conversation with the store manager, Jamal who expressed to me that I would have to bring the food back. I ghen told him, I had no car, since the reason I door dashed. I asked if he could give me some type of credit, for my next visit as I get food from you guys all the time.. he said he could not. Door dash gave me back 2.24 for this mess up! Definitely bot worth it. If this is the policy of this company, its not good for consumers. Its a shame that just bcz I don’t have a car to bring back something that the establishment messed up.. im out of 40 bucks..

Italian Fiesta has been my favorite, for over 40 years! Because of its popularity. And that it’s the longest to prepare, out of the common ‘fast food’ choices. You will have to wait a bit. But that’s to be expected. Overall, just a Great Pizza .

I ordered a sausage cheese and mushroom pizza over the phone, when l came to pick up my pizza after 45 min l was told it was burned and they put on another pizza. After another hour passes my new pizza is still not ready and instead of mushrooms they put onions on my pizza even though my order was for mushrooms. The whole wait was almost 2 and half hours and l left with my pizza. Opened the box and the pizza looked a mess it was not cut properly and was sloppy. The customer service is chaotic.
