Service was absolutely horrible no respect for the customers, no kind of customer service, I ordered a 3 piece and only got 2 they close at 9:45 I called at nine to let them know and absolutely no answer still during operating hours I’m sure no one is gonna assist me with my issue anyway I’m m absolutely disgusted that I spent my money on garbage service and food!

“Extremely disappointed with the efficiency at this location. After waiting in the drive-thru, I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for my order. It’s clear they are just trying to ‘cheat’ their drive-thru timer rather than actually serving customers quickly. Defeats the entire purpose of fast food.”

I have visited this place 4 times in the past two months. EVERY single time I have order the food taste from cool to Luke warm. I know they’re keeping the food wayyyyyyy past the time they’re suppose to get rid of it. I have reached out to corporate to get answers. Food doesn’t taste right, nobody speaks clear English and they wouldn’t return my money the last time. Do not go here!!!!!

The location is surrounded by homeless people, that’ll knock on your window begging. The cashier was upset that I would back up to the side of the building. So that they can keep their timers down. She forced me to take a refund!! Unprofessional. Won’t be back.

The staff has horrible attitudes! I paid for sauces in my order and they didn’t even make sure it was the correct sauce! Honey barbecue & honey mustard is NOT Ranch!!! The least you could do is make sure I get the correct sauce, especially of you’re going to charge for it!

Im appalled that chicken does not come with a biscuit! The prices are high and the chicken could have been cooked longer. I ordered 2 legs and a jalapeno pepper for almost $5 it was not right without a biscuit. The chicken could have been cooked longer.

First couple of years open it was no issues. Must be new ownership. Need better attitudes. If you know you have a thick accent & people usually ask you to repeat what you are saying don’t be rude if it’s done respectfully. When asked for forgotten items due to miscommunication on their end or their mistake they get an attitude, which is very unprofessional. I hope the owner looks at these reviews & wants better for their restaurant because it’s trash to the point where it won’t last long. Won’t be returning peace ✌

I just left this location, got back to my workplace only to discover that my order was incorrect! While at the speaker placing my order, the young lady (I use that term lightly) began taking my order and stopped. After a moment of silence I said, “Hello.” To which she responded as if she was taking a new order. I politely advised her that I was not finished with my order, she replied, “What order?” I began to tell her that I had more to my order before she rudely interrupted saying, “I got you! Pull to the window.” I asked her to repeat my order, she again told me, “I got you, pull to the window.” When I approached the window, she did not know what I had ordered for drinks nor some of the other items that I had requested at the speaker. Upon discovering that my order was incorrect, I returned to the store. The same person appeared aloof and unconcerned with my issue. Her attitude was deplorable and we should not spend our dollars where we are not appreciated. Not only that, she wiped my card twice without advising me! This is very upsetting and beyond concerning! I spent $25 plus dollars

The guy at the speaker couldn’t understand English at all. I didn’t get anything I ordered after having to repeat it 3 times. Why would you put someone who doesn’t speak English on the speaker?!

Food and customer service used to be much better when they first opened. After my visit today, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Okra was stall and mixed with fresh okra. No thanks! I don’t appreciate the half assing. If you’re going to accept people’s money, provide fresh food!
