Honestly had no clue this spot was even here! Coming from out west, we were totally spoiled with Mexican ice cream shops everywhere. Here in Tennessee? Not so much. So finding Casa Grande was a nice surprise.
Their homemade ice cream was seriously good – they make everything in-house and you can tell. I paired mine with a Medio Litro Coke and that combo was amazing. Simple but perfect.
If you’re missing that authentic Mexican ice cream shop vibe and happen to be in the area, definitely worth checking out. The fact that they’re making their own ice cream from scratch shows they actually care about quality.

Placed order online on THEIR website. It said pick up at 3:15. I showed up at 3:16. It wasn’t ready. Guy went back to check on it and come back to simply tell me they are still working on. But his face told me they hadn’t even started it yet. Let me note that they WAS NOT even busy. I counted 3 tables, and one man at the bar the whole time I was there. And I was there 18mins AFTER my pick up time before I got the food. When I FINALLY got it, it was wrong. I wrote on the order in TWO different places that I did NOT want guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo(tomatoes). It come out covered in tomatoes. My son’s chicken strips are burnt in color and taste and he told me that it was barely warm. The seafood chimichanga I got has no favor. The only good thing in our meal is the cheese dip, chips, and my rice and beans.

$8 for the “adult” Mac n cheese. Very little to it and it’s clearly kraft Mac n cheese. Highly disappointed. I was expecting at least decent macaroni but this beats anything I’ve seen.

After long day tired and hungry and after looking for food for long, we found this place and they did not disappoint. The customer service is excellent, The place is clean, the food was tasty. Pocket friendly and easy to find parking. This is just a place i can drive for long to go eat.

I picked up a lunch order that was already made for 4+ orders. They were already ready when I got there 10 mins down the road. Then returned with my family and had a wonderful meal with dessert and drinks more affordable than other places in town for 4 ppl. We loved it.

Great Mexican restaurant we discovered near Fall Creek Falls State Park. We were very impressed by the quality of the food here! We had queso, chips, steak fajitas, and strawberry margaritas. Everything was FIRE! Saving as one of our favorite spots to eat at.

Great great food, depends on the server – most of them are nice but there’s a couple that like to spend time talking to other guests while you sit and wait on them.

This was are first time at Casa Grande and the food was very good. All of the staff that we spoke with where very friendly and helpful. We will differently be back to Casa Grande. I highly recommend!

We are from out of state and decided to go to this restaurant because of the reviews and particularly the several mentions of the amazing guacamole. We get there and the guy that seats us puts the menus down and walks away. The server comes and is not friendly at all. No hello, how are you, nothing. We got the papas loquitas and mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. The marinara with the cheese sticks was so watered down it had no flavor. The bacon on our fries was hardly cooked and completely grossed me out and the ground beef has zero flavor at all and barely any cheese dip on it AND it came out with a single piece of sliced American cheese thrown on it. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was absolutely disgusted. My daughter ordered the taquitos and asked for the guac on the side and the server says they have ran out of guac but yet there were take out orders with guacamole with them. Our plates arrived and not one time did they warn that they were hot and they were EXTREMELY hot!! Nice of them to let us burn ourselves trying to move the plates. When I said something about it to the guy that brought our food he just chuckled and showed me his hot mitts. There was supposed to be 2 chicken and 2 beef taquitos and there was 4 chicken only. My daughter said they tasted disgusting and didn’t eat them at all. My fiance got nachos and was very disappointed as well. I got jeuvos fundido but with chicken and chorizo. It wasn’t to bad and the chorizo had a nice flavor. I asked for a side of rice and beans which cost $3 and I don’t think there was even a half a cup of each on my plate. When the server came back to check on us (2 times through the whole meal and didn’t seem to even care what we said at all) I asked for a side of salsa. She somehow couldn’t understand what I meant and kept asking me if I wanted red sauce. How the heck do you not know what salsa is??? Overall this was a complete waste of $72. Also, when the server brought our bill she just sat it down and went to walk away without saying anything. Since we pay at the front cash register you would think she would at least say have a good night or something. Nope!
