Viet Restaurant is easily the best Vietnamese spot in Lima. The flavors of every dish stand out—bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. A nice touch is the crisp lettuce that comes with many of the plates, adding freshness and texture to the meal.
What really makes this place special is how well everything comes together: the herbs, sauces, and spices are layered beautifully, making each bite memorable. Combine that with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, and it’s a restaurant you’ll want to return to often.

International cuisine is generally an issue in Lima due to its lack of authenticity. However, Viet offers genuine Vietnamese dishes that can compete with those served in London’s Chinatown.
We enjoyed all the dishes and drinks. An excellent pho bo, but also fantastic rolls and rice. Non-alcoholic drinks were superb too.
The service, however, was the best of all!

Delicious pho and they had loose leaf jasmine tea! The lemon grass crème brûlée was also really good. Amazing summer rolls too. Highly recommend.

I’m vietnamese and I have been travelling through Latin America for the past 3 years! I can’t tell you how difficult it is to find an authentic vietnamese restaurant!! This one really hit the spot. The pho bo could have used a bit more nuoc man but overall was delicious! The brisket was well cooked and the bo Vien (meatballs) were some of the best I’ve ever eaten! They even had proper drip coffee (ca phe su da) which was a super nice treat!!! Would definitely recommend!

I just got good pho and very good spring rolls. Total cost of 57 pen including tip (about $15 USD). It was perfectly good for the price and what it was. This is not really a tourist spot, but it is a place you can get good Vietnamese food for a good price. This was as good of a Vietnamese restaurant as one I would find in NYC. I was skeptical at first because the staff spoke little English and didn’t have an English menu. However the menu was also available online so I could get my phone to translate.

Exceptional service, lovely atmosphere, tasty food. The place is clean and spacioua. The service is very friendly. The dishes are full of flavour. Many options to choose from. Good place for vegetarians and vegans. There is parking available and street parking. The soups cost S/30 for a complete option and S/25 for half. Be aware that half option is fulfilling for most people. Rice dishes go by S/28-34 and noodles S/30-36. 2 salads available. 5 desserts options (S/10-22). Beverage rank from S/8-14 and they do serve alcohol (beer+ cocktails).

Ok, we got the pho, garlic wings with lemon juice sauce, summer rolls, and the creme brulee dessert with some coffee. The pho was very good, clean broth and good meat. Was it the best I’ve ever had? No but for Peru, it was very good. I’m sure it’s difficult to prepare really good pho while using only local ingredients from Peru but the pho was still excellent. The garlic wings are amazing. Summer rolls were ok. Creme brulee was unbeleivable, so delicious. We had to order two because it was so damn good. I give this place five stars and would come back again. This was my fiancee’s first time having Vietnamese food and she loved it and she is damn picky so that’s pretty amazing haha. Also the waiter was excellent. Very kind and really good service. I never got his name but thank you very much!! We will be back again, thanks so much!

It’s difficult finding a good Vietnamese restaurant in Lima and I stumbled upon this place. Overall, very impressed with my experience. The restaurant was very clean and filled with nice decor, service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Not a large menu but everything we ordered tasted amazing. A recommendation for the restaurant would be to have in-house made chili oil and get some hoisin sauce. Only thing that would have made the pho craving experience perfect. Other than that, everything was spot on. Definitely worth checking this place out!
