I was highly disappointed this last visit. As you can see in the photo, I clearly was given the wrong burger. Its missing the tomato and onions. But it has pickles which I don’t like. This was a take-out order and I had to be at work. Next time I’ll double check what they put in my bag. I didn’t this time because this has never happened. They’re always on point!

Food is great every single time, employees give great service. Another customer took our order before we could get to the counter and they remade the food quickly and gave us a $10 off coupon for next time for the wait even though they did nothing wrong. Definitely our go-to Five Guys location.

The employees are friendly and food is delicious! One of my favorite things about Five Guys, is that they have small menu, so they can focus on quality. The burgers are juicy and theres a lot of toppings to choose from. And the fries! Their small is as much as a medium anywhere else, or more. They fill the cup up and then put another healthy scoop in the bag!

The amount of fat in the fries is incredible! I couldn’t eat the thin burger and it didn’t smell very good! More bread than everything else! The people aren’t courteous! The place is very clean, the bathrooms are clean!

This is a great Five Guys! I called my order in on the phone, and it was ready and waiting for me once I got there. Once I got to the restaurant, I instantly noticed how clean it was, and the staff was extremely nice and courteous as well! My hot dog, fries, and peanuts were absolutely delicious, and the condiment section was fully stocked and didn’t look like a mess. I was in and out with a great experience in about 20 minutes, and as such, would definitely recommend this location, and will surely be coming back!

One of the better fast food joints. It is a good burger period. The price is comparable to burgers at a regular sit-down restaurant and are worth it. It is fresh and tasty. I found the host to be exceptional. She was friendly, repeated the order to ensure accuracy, and prompt. The restraunt was clean and I enjoyed the overall experience.

We were traveling on the highway and saw a sign that there was a five guys off the next exit so of course we had to stop. It was perfect timing because we were starving. Five Guys never disappoints and it was awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean. Our food was cooked when we ordered it and wasn’t sitting in a warming bin. It was worth every penny as I’d rather pay a little more for fresh hot food. You can never go wrong with Five Guys!

The food is great but their management of online orders is consistently horrible. Tonight I ordered to pick up my food at 930pm, two little cheeseburgers and a large order of Cajun fries. I got there at 925pm and announced myself, I was told that my order had just came up and waited until 950pm to get my food! The only reason that I got my food then was because I asked if there was a problem, they had completed my burgers but forgot to drop my fries so my burgers were just sitting there in the bag getting cold. The sad thing is that this not a one off, it has consistently happened to me here at this location. It has cured me of my Five Guys habit though, the last time I ordered there was June 2nd!

Don’t order here if you have food allergies. No matter how many times I order a hamburger, they put cheese on it. Serves me right for using a delivery app, but it’s 3 times in a row now and the app will only refund me partially. I’m sick of paying for food I can’t eat.

Dumped over 1 lb of salt somehow onto my to go order, and my burger was made with the opposite toppings. I guess maybe they confused me with someone that had made them mad. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I got home, and I dare not try to get something else for fear of what they’ll do to my food next. Be careful and check your bag guys! Pictures attached!
