Thanks for the two “cokes” Didn’t notice til it was too late they looked like this, I thought I’d been given sweet tea by mistake, no it’s coke. Very flat and very nasty. McDonald’s coke is my favorite part of running errands and I can’t even enjoy them.

McDonald’s in Elm Grove is where I was supposed to get curb service when I ordered online but last week, I called 15 minutes after finishing my order and spoke to the manager which she apologized and said my food is on its way. 5 minutes later, I walked, mad as could be and raised hell!!! I demanded my 20 minute-late food and told them if it happened again, I was bringing my gas can in with me. There’s no excuse for that kind of negligence. Online ordering is only for McDonald’s at the Highlands now.

It’s usually not bad service. Tonight was just off. They gave me the wrong meal, my lemonade was watered down, and I caught the woman working the drive thru making jokes about something to do with my lemonade as I was pulling up to get my food. I’m not mad. Everyone has a bad day every once in a while. Was just grateful to get some food, because there’s some who didn’t get to eat tonight.

The manager, Brittany, was very rude to employees with customers in the store. She was talking to them very disrespectfully and in a demeaning way. It made me uncomfortable, let alone the employees. She was making them feel less than and embarrassing them! One girl had tears in her eyes. She does NOT need to be in charge of managing anyone. She should be trained in professionalis!!! Not to mention, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before an employee took my order.
