This location is MUCH better than the one on First Street. The service and food are much better.
We have noticed that the food is always consistently tasty. The service is always fast and friendly.
The bathrooms could REALLY use some attention however, and the state of the toilet seat in the ladies handicap stall is concerning.

Unbelievable experience at this location today at 10am, Thursday mid morning. A friend and met for coffee. We stood in the lobby and not a single employee glaced our way for more than 5 minutes. There were 4 servers standing at the kitchen window. We approached and said, can we.just get a seat? “Uh no, we were told not to seat anyone right now”….
Ugh, ok, we aren’t in a rush but can we sit down?
“No, we aren’t seating anyone”.
So, should we leave?
Not a single server or either of the 2 in the kitchen peaking out said no…
We were flabbergasted!!!
As we were walking out, one employee was at the register, ringi g a customer. There were a few customers behind also waiting to be rung out.
There was another couple standing patiently at your “please wait to be seated” podium.
My friend let them know, we were told they’re not seating anyone.
The cashier looked at us, didn’t say a word. Not I’ll seat you, sorry for the wait, nothing…
We left, went to the competition. Greeted, seated, served! As a restaurant should function.
It was not busy. Appeared to have ample staff. Check your receipts for today, November 13th at 10am.
It was truly unbelievable. We were not welcomed and they flat out stated “were not seating anyone at this time”.

The hostess was rude while seating our group of six (five adults and one child) in a mostly empty dining room.
We were provided a dirty high chair after twice explaining to the hostess that a booster seat was inappropriate for our child under two sit in on a wooden chair. We were not given a children’s menu or silverware for the child when requested either but the server was able to verbally recite the options and brought utensils.
The fact that our server was lovely and hard-working while trying very hard to accommodate our needs is the only reason I have given the service three stars instead of one.
The kitchen sent my less than two year old son a meal with colder than room temperature chicken sausage and potatoes that were over cooked on one side while still not warm on the other, one person at our table received macaroni and cheese that very cold (colder than room temperature), another person ordered sauteed steak tips with lemon chicken and the steak appeared to be boiled and the chicken was just a salted piece of chicken breast with no lemon at all . Pictures will be attached showing the advertised meal vs what was served but can not do justice to the poor quality of the attempt.
While we were eating we were provided with a show as a different server and one of the kitchen staff were making out in the far right doorway to the kitchen.
As we were leaving and attempting to pay our bill the manager who was operating the register ripped the credit card out of the machine aggressively without warning then was rude about it being inserted incorrectly.
Overall, it was an experience that we and our family will not choose to repeat.

My client and I come here often, there’s only been one time we have come and it has been a bad situation, the manager took care of it and we still continue to come back. This is my client’s favorite Bob Evans.

7 months later after my original review of this Bob Evans, this restaurant is gross. The ceiling is dirty, the windows are always dirty, there is chocolate milk all over the table dividers. I don’t think this restaurant has been deep cleaned in years. I’m starting to question how clean the kitchen is and if I really want to eat here or not. This is one of the grossest restaurants I’ve been to. All of the windows in this building are greasy and very crusty. Let’s not even talk about the restrooms.

Came in amd we were sat right away. The waitress was prompt with taking our drink order and taking our food order. Our food came out within 10 mins. Waitress was very attentive. Food was hot and had a great taste. It is definitely a little pricey. Food was good and service was good. Ask for amanda as your waitress she was very attentive.

The food was excellent, and the service was even better. My issue was when I got to my daughters home so we could eat. I was shocked to see the gravy containers only half full. This meal was 150 dollars with about 5 table spoons of gravy.
