I was yearning for the Mac and cheese only to be sorely disappointed. The Mac cheese was runny. It was like the cheap stand in KRAFT. I drove home when I picked up my order and to my surprise it was horrible. I live to far away from where I brought it to have driven back. I will never go there or purchase from chick FIL A again. Food cost to much to need a straw to sop it up.

Edit: Someone (I assume the manager) contacted me today after seeing my review. He was very polite and helpful. He apologized for the inconvenience that was caused and even resolved my issue, so I decided to change my review to a positive one! The fact that he contacted me personally after reading my review which I posted one day ago, is very assuring to me that this Chick-Fil-A DOES care. Whoever he is, he definitely deserves a raise for his great service. Thank you.

Original Review: Ive never gotten a wrong order from the thousands of chick fil a’s ive been at. But at this one I mustve got the wrong order twice now. I called and tried to get a refund. I wanted 2 spicy chicken sandwich with EXTRA cheese and i paid for it. But i didnt get it. When i called they said they couldnt give me a refund. Really! Its like 50 more cents for extra cheese and they couldnt give it back? they didnt give me a good reason either. Very upsetting.

Always friendly, always delicious, I have never left Chick-fil-A disappointed. Best chicken bites, nuggets, strips and sandwiches one can find. Chicken meat is fried in an oil which is morehealthy than most other fast food places. I love. Chick-fil-A, if I were given an option, I would choose Chick-fil-A every time. Absolutely. Great sauces in which to dip their savory chicken in, as well!

The night manager Lorena is absolutely horrible. She has no concept of what it is to be in customer service. She was rude, condescending, and insulting. I waited over a half an hour for my order which came out cold. And when I asked her to redo the order so that it was hot she told me the kitchen was closed and it was my fault my order was cold. To top it off she only filled half my order. Half the order was missing. If Chick-fil-A honestly values customer service, they should start by firing that manager.

You know, I used to brag all the time about the wonderful Chick-fil-A on Welsh Road here in Horsham, lovely girl name, Amanda, I don’t know if it’s Bridget or Britney?, And a young big guy that used to have this place running like a well oiled machine! I come here a minimal one time a week with my dog. Everybody knows me and everybody knows my dog, well I should say used to! Last week I bought my usual, and it’s always $18.63 and I always give exact change $20 bill And $.63 I got back $1.23. I was told by the manager well, she’s young!!!! Earlier this week came through drive-through once again handed them exact change except I guess I threw a little too much, at them, I did my usual exact change except this time there was a 50 Cent piece and out of the three Window attendance. No one had a clue what it was! Yes, that’s right folks they didn’t know what a 50 Cent piece, half dollar, whatever you wanna call it was! Today we arrived here at 9:45 sharp didn’t get to the window until 100 1! Thing is there was only two cars ahead of me! Once again, exact change, same guy as the 50 Cent piece mind you, forgot to give me my change now he shut the drawer had to go find a manager, so I had the pleasure of spending approximately 20 minutes to get my breakfast for me and my dog! What’s going on folks??????? , it’s almost easier to drive to Warrington, what happened? I noticed after you lost some key people this place is not in the same and I don’t know when you guys respond to bad reviews and say to call, we’ll make it better?? what does that mean? I spend on an average of $40-$50 a week here. I don’t know if that means much???

In all honesty, this Chick-fil-A used to be my favorite location. I understand that many young people are starting their first jobs here, and I think that’s great Chick-fil-A has always been known for giving them that opportunity. However, this location has really gone downhill. The food orders are now incorrect, something is almost always missing, and the drinks are mostly ice with barely any flavor left it tastes like 2% soda and 98% water. Firing people from the front and the back isn’t going to fix these issues it’ll only make things worse if the real problems aren’t addressed.

Came during rush hour on voting day where all the kids were off from school. The staff handled the rush with ease and a smile. The wait was easy to get through and there no sense of frustration or fluster from the staff. My first time eating in at chick-fil-a and it was a good experience!

I regularly (2-3x/week) order pickup for my associates and I for lunch and its a 50/50 tossup whether we get everything we ordered or not. The location is obviously understaffed which causes an inordinate wait time in the drive through, and when you finally get to the window the staff that they do have working look like a bees nest that just got shook up. There are no discernable systems to speak of when it comes to customer service or making sure customers are receiving their orders accurately or efficiently. The food itself is typically fine though the chicken is abnormally small compared to other locations, it’s just an issue of actually getting the food you wanted/paid for. Unfortunately this is our only option but if you are looking for high quality service and fulfillment of your expectation to receive the order you paid your hard earned money for I would recommend steering clear and instead visiting the Warrington location. I have also noticed that the owner has copy and pasted all of his responses to the negative reviews he has received and has not validated any of the concerns his customers have brought to his attention. His lack of accountability speaks towards his business management and likely how he treats his staff which would explain why this location performs so much worse than any other Chick Fil A I have ever been to.

I used to work at Chick-fil-A so I understand what is expected, but I’ve been here several times and the wait time is always long. The staff is ok for the most part but several seem uneducated about their own product. One girl in the drive-thru was very rude and condescending. They need to hire a manager to do some training because it’s not the atmosphere Chick-fil-A is known for
