There were about 5 teenage boys vaping inside the store! Getting free food and drinks from there mother it looks like. They were screaming curse words playing in their phones very loudly and flicking multiple customers off. When u went to order on the kiosk it told me to pay if front I did they told me to wait then 45 minutes later I told them I have been waiting for a long time and they said they never got and order so I had to order and and wait for another! 20 minutes then, after that, I got my food and the crunchy tacos I was supposed to get were all soft. The two crunchy tacos they gave me were all fallen apart meat everywhere the burrito they gave me only had meat and lettuce. Nothing else I asked for sour cream beans, tomatoes, all of the above and all I got was ground beef and lettuce asked for a medium fountain drink they gave me a small and the service was very slow and they were very rude to multiple other people. NEVER coming back!

I placed an Uber Eats order from this Taco Bell with an ETA of 6 PM. Not only was the order late, but the packets of sauce I specifically requested were never added to my bag. How hard is it to throw in a few sauce packets? It’s literally part of the order.
I’m not sure if the workers here are lazy, careless, or just couldn’t care less — but clearly, nobody’s paying attention. I only order sauce to mask the flavor of the already questionable “Taco Smell” food, but even that small request was ignored.
This time, I ordered for my kids and decided to add a burrito for myself to make lunch easier. Big mistake. The food was bland, thrown together without effort, and somehow managed to taste worse than usual.
If this is the level of quality and care Taco Bell thinks is acceptable, they should be embarrassed. Save yourself the disappointment and spend your money somewhere that actually values customers — and can remember a packet of sauce.

I haven’t been to a Taco Bell for quite a while as I must admit I’m more of a Burger fan. Yet every now and then we all get a craving for that tasty mystery meat that is Taco Bell. I’ve eaten at plenty of Taco Bell’s in my life and have noticed no adverse effects so I don’t care what is done with the beef because it tastes good. This particular location has been around as long as I can remember and just like all other food chains, it too has been remodeled a few times. I think it looks appealing from the outside. This location had a clean men’s room with well spoken and friendly staff. My visit was at 10:52 p.m perhaps there is a shift change at 11p.m. and everyone was happy to go home for the night. Regardless they were patient with my friend and I as we hadn’t decided beforehand what we were going to order. There always seems to be a commercial for a new Taco Bell product!!! We settled on my usual go to meal when I visit which is a 12 pack soft taco. I knew that I didn’t have any sour cream had home and therefore had to get a 12 pack soft taco supreme. I was prepared for the total to be slightly higher because of the sour cream but $17.49. I hope the sour cream was made from the finest cow in all the land. As I mentioned earlier it’s been a little while since I’ve been to a Taco Bell and I know that when you add sour cream it is a little more expensive. This was way beyond what I was expecting. After the sticker shock wore off I asked for plenty of fire sauce “2 per taco please” which they happily gave to me, again it was quite a jovial crew for 10:52. The tacos were just as good as I remember them being. I will definitely return to this location but will make sure I have sour cream at home.

The reason we come to Taco Bell is because they have an all vegetarian burrito with chips inside. We make them remove all the sauces because if you don’t it’s really soppy wet. Delete the sauces, and you have the best burrito with black beans rice and all kinds of veggies and a few crunchy corn chips. We spent $100 at Spruzzo for a couple of soups a few drinks and some brussels sprouts and spent $6 at Taco Bell just now during happy hour for two drinks and two veggie burritos. They really nice guy the window gave my puppy some steak to boot! This Taco Bell has a well manicured yard. The only other comment I would make about fast food restaurants in general is that in south Florida area is that they really do need to clean their parking lots and pressure wash them more often.

Ordered online for lobby pick up, hoping too avoid a long wait. When I arrived the lobby was closed, even though the site and signage on the door say otherwise. I can’t even leave because I’ve already paid for my food online for a 9:45 pm pick up. It’s been 11 minutes so far. I’m not excited for my cold food. On the hopeful bright side, maybe it’s taking so long because they are making the food 5 star…

Yesterday i went thru drive thru and specified that I wanted my meal chicken instead of beef, they rang it up correctly but once I got home my meal was beef! I had to throw the meal away being that I don’t eat beef. I called and was told the manager was in a call and was going to call me back, never got a call. Went back today to speak to a manager, she replaced my meal I checked it before I left and the tacos had probably had 4 or 5 little pieces of chicken in it, a whole bunch of lettuce that filled the taco and a sprinkle of cheese. I dumped everything on the wrapper and told the manager there was no chicken in it and she gave me a nasty look and told the girl to fix it. Get it together people! I worked in fast food when I was younger, I aim to please. This was a horrible experience.

There’s a specific reason this store runs smoothly late at night. I’ve been there 3 times in the last 2 weeks between 10 and 12. Yvinz is an outstanding employee, friendly and is very customer focused. Hats off to this gentleman and Taco Bell should be pretty proud of his performance. Great person
