I got an order of egg rolls and medium spicy vegetable pad thai with tofu. It came to just over $30 with tax. The egg rolls were pretty good, it’s nice that they are made with rice paper. The pad thai was not good. The vegetables did seem fresh and seemed to be cooked well but that’s where the good aspects stopped. There is no flavor and certainly no spice. I’ve never had such bland pad thai, it’s so disappointing. The high price tag would be fine if there was flavor and spice in the food. I was hoping that I had found a hidden gem for lunch, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The food is always quick and hot. We drive 1 hour to eat here. It’s the same egg roll that is served at the MN State Fair! Our family of 3 always shares two order of egg rolls, a side of white rice and an order of Chicken Lo Mein and we never leave hungry. The family running this location is so sweet! The atmosphere, although clean, is just very simple and nothing fancy or cozy…but who cares when the food is this good!

Food was good. Wish they had more pho options to choose from. The eggrolls were really good and huge. Pad Thai was ok. Fried rice was good. Pho was good too. The young gentleman that took our order got one of our order wrong. Food took forever to come out. We were ready to leave and our pad Thai was just coming out so we ended up just packing it home. The other tables near us also got their orders wrong too. Overall food was good, portion was good amount. Only downfall that probably makes me not want to go back is the super slow service that I had experienced.

I’ve had Que Viets famous eggrolls at the fair many times, tonight, we tried the restaurant. Of course we ordered the eggrolls, which are ALWAYS spectacular, huge and full of delicious filling. We also ordered their chicken chow mein, medium spicy, it was loaded with VERY fresh vegetables and absolutely wonderful. Beef Lo Mein, again medium spicy, the first thing I noticed was the beef being very good quality and cooked to perfection. Again filled with super fresh, crisp vegetables (personally I loved seeing snow peas). And their cream cheese wonton which have a great garlic and chive filling! All around, super super satisfied with our experience and this is now going to be my goto.

2nd best egg rolls in the Twin Cities. Use the (sweet n sour?) that comes with the cream cheese wontons instead. Both very good. Rest of the food was not good.
Drove 25 minutes there to see what the hype was about. Both of us said we wished we went to Hong Thai 5 minutes from home. Hong Thai has the best egg rolls and it’s not even close. Just about the entire menu there is nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend driving out to Hong Thai and getting the egg rolls, wontons, Panang Curry and Sweet Green Curry. #1 Asian cuisine in the twin cities.
Just stick to the egg rolls and wontons at Que Viet.

Good service. Intimate setting. Pho was bland a bit bland. I mainly went because I was in the area and heard they had the best eggrolls ever. Their eggrolls were good, but definitely not even close to being the best in the area. More importantly, it was definitely not worth the price either. Perhaps their eggrolls received too much hype so they decided to price gouge knowing people will still pay for it. My total for a bowl of pho and two eggrolls cost $32 (with tip).
I was eating my food and at one point, I glanced over and noticed their kitchen floor was wet and filthy as if it had not been cleaned. That made me lose my appetite immediately. If you dont believe me, take a look for yourself. Unfortunately, I wont be returning.

We’ve been eating here, or getting takeout, for over 25 years. This is our FAVORITE restaurant! It’s not fancy, but the staff are so friendly, and the food is so good!! Best egg rolls around, the cream cheese wontons are heavenly, and what I love about their Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken is that it’s not heavily breaded AND the sauce comes with peppers/onions/tomato/pineapple. We also love the Lo Mein, Chicken Egg Fu Yung, Hot & Spicy Chicken, Beef & Potato, and Egg Roll over Chilled Rice Noodles. Everything is shareable, and you might still have leftovers to eat for breakfast. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff & great service there really. The ladies are very considerate & try to cater to everyone’s needs. Had a great dinner there with my family. Will be a returning customer! We ordered a lot & they brought the food out in a timely manner of 10-30 minutes at the most. Awesome job to the staff♡♡♡ We had a lovely first time experience and their eggrolls are delicious! They are huge! Definitely recommend!

I’m only here to say the best egg roll in town can be found at Que Viet. Full stop. 🙂 They are huuuge and they are flavorful. Meat and noodles wrapped in the most perfect crunchy but light egg roll wrapper, combined with teh sweet/ sour tang of the sauce = perfection! This is a meal already but if you want you can order their House special fried rice as well and they go well together. Other than that, I don’t order much else here. I’ve tried their soups, but they are bland. But you should definitely come to Que Viet for the egg rolls!
