Einstein‘s overall knows what they’re doing. They usually have great food and great employees. This location stands out to me for one main reason. That reason would be the guy named Dan that runs the joint. I have been in here multiple times and have seen that man, while the systems were down handling 20-30 people at one time while making everyone smile, keeping them happy, trying to train his new hires while busting his butt to handle business. Dan is an amazing human, his staff is amazing, his store is clean, and he always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I encourage anyone and everyone to check out this location when you’re nearby if you want a great bagel and a great customer service experience.

Some bagel tops and edges were burned by toasting. Did not discover until the order was unwrapped at home. This was the last breakfeast we shared with my mother-in-law before our holiday visit ended and we returned home
It was embarrassing to her that her neighborhood Einstein Bagel store was too inept to catch this oversight before it was wrapped and bagged. We felt bad because she felt bad.
I get Sunday mornings are probably their busiest time of week. But in a business like that it’s all hands on deck time. If you’re ever going to play your “A” game, it’s then. From this customers’s perspective, it’s a swing and a miss.

I had a great experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels! The food was fresh, flavorful and made exactly how I ordered it. The service was just as impressive. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I was able to speak with the manager, Michael about how impressed I was with everything. His great leadership definitely shows in the teams performance. It is so nice to go somewhere the delivers both excellent food and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Tiffany deserves 5 stars! Because of her, my order was fixed quickly and kindly. I had asked two other employees if they could just make the coffee into iced coffee because my sister made a mistake, and they declined. They explained that I would have to reorder it. When they left I asked what the difference was and Tiffany kindly explained it, but it still didn’t make sense to me — especially after I checked the app and saw that the hot coffee was actually more expensive than the iced coffee. It seemed to me the other 2 employees just didn’t want to do it. I told Tiffany I would pay the difference but she gladly just made it for me. But just so you know your iced coffee was cheaper per your app. I asked Tiffany if she could switch it to iced instead, and she happily helped me without any hesitation. She was understanding, patient, and willing to fix the issue, unlike the others. I really appreciated her positive attitude and great customer service. Thank you, Tiffany!
PS: the only reason I’m giving 2 on the service was because of your other employees

When you walk in there is 2 signs saying order here and pay here. This morning around 8am-9am I was in front of the Order here sign and the workers purposely ignored me until 10-15 mins later they told me to go to the “pay here” side to order. Afterwards my coffee was taking 30 mins when I only ordered 2 small hot coffees. Everyone else got theirs before mine and my coffees were not that good and watered down. It is now 9:30am and they are having people order at the “order here” side. So the workers are doing this on purpose and they are picking and choosing who they want to serve. It was not even busy at this time and I still had horrible service. Einstein bros. needs to hire better workers. Not coming back here again.

Came in around 1:30 PM today and left pretty disappointed. The employee at the counter was visibly unenthusiastic from the moment I walked in — stood at the register with her arms crossed while I tried to figure out what was in an unlabeled tray. When I waved her over, she pulled her earbuds out and identified the bagel in a way that felt more annoyed than helpful.
Ordered a dozen bagels pre-sliced to go. Got home and they were barely sliced — more like scored than actually cut through. Small thing, but when you’re paying for a specific prep it matters.
I like Einstein bagels themselves, which is why this was disappointing. The product is good but the service today was a miss. Hopefully just an off day.

clearly mentioned them no onion but they disnt listen.
they add onion on it and now i have to run emergency as i am allegic with onion.

Maybe I’m too used to Utahs standards when it comes to Einsteinbros. 9 people behind the counter. 1 making drinks, 1 checking people out. Line was out the door. At one point no one at the counter. Our drinks came over 10 minutes after our food. They forgot us. Mind you this great rush was like 7 single orders maybe a couple. No big orders. I’d prefer my drinks first if I’m going to be waiting a while. Our sandwiches weren’t even warm….we asked for them to be toasted. I’ll give them the sandwiches came out fast. The fillings were a good amount. It was good. Place is still on the pricey side when it comes to fast food. When the drinks came out they were good enough. Service was friendly. Restaurant was clean. I hyped this place up to my husband because I used to grab this during my lunch break for my buddies and I when I was stationed at Hill. I’m really let down.

Stopped in at Einstein Bros. Bagels and had such a great experience! The bagels were fresh, warm, and perfectly chewy… exactly what you want in the morning. Our sandwiches were made just right.
The staff were super friendly and quick, even though it was a busy time. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had a welcoming vibe. You can tell the team works hard to keep things running smoothly and make sure customers leave happy.
Overall, an awesome start to the day, I’ll definitely be coming back for more bagels and coffee
