They have the rudest Employees at any McDonalds I have ever been to and the food was just as bad. I WILL NEVER Spend another dime here. Ordered via app from parking lot. Ready fast but wasn’t fresh. Opened bag in car – missing items. Had to go back inside. They seemed surprised “Oh really?!” No apology. Clean inside. Play area. Double drive thru. Left turn only exit. Didn’t utilize restrooms.

Had been going here for a while but lately food is always missing, food is cold. I walked over yesterday they had my order taped up so I walked back home n find my med fry missing so I go back today and finally say something and see how they’ll handle it and if they’ll make it right. It has been a few years since I ate at McDonald’s and for good reason. The food is mediocre. I know it’s fast food and not to expect 5* dining but the chicken nuggets were blah. You definitely had to do them in sauce to get any type of flavor.

This location was our “go-to” with consistent good dining experience, happy playtime and decent quality fast food. Not healthy, but fun My family especially enjoyed this location to dine in because of the play area and the friendly staff.
However, since they renovated this location, everything about this place has gone downhill. You can no longer go in and order from a human, since there is never anyone at the register, you must order from one of the kiosks. When the food does arrive (at least 20 minutes later), there are mistakes galore! And forget about receiving a full order of fries! Also, it’s clear no one maintains the dining area: the bathrooms are disgusting, the garbage is overflowing and it’s clear no one wipes down the tables.
I can only assume this location changed the priority to the drive-thru because of beach traffic. But when you take away the human interaction, it makes it easier for the staff to give less of a crap.

My review today is about the McDonald’s located at 1842 New Smyrna Beach. The service was terrible, extremely slow. I waited over 25 minutes. There were two drive-thru lanes, but they were only serving one; the other was completely stopped. More than 5 or 6 people from the right lane went through, while the left lane didn’t move at all. The service at the window was awful: not even a “good morning” or “good afternoon.” After a 25-minute wait, the food was cold and tasteless, and the nuggets looked like they were made two days ago. In short, McDonald’s deserves a 0 out of 10 today.
