Ordered online..curbside pick up.. called the restaurant to notify i was there.. no answer. Went in to pick up. The waiter had stepped away from the desk for a moment (no problem). I was asked my name. I gave my last name.. the waiter asked what i ordered, as I’m repeating my order while the waiter and waitress looked at me strange.. I was asked if the was possibly another name… I gave my first name then I was handed my order… got to my hotel (.02 miles away) the bread stick was cold.. ordered seafood pasta.. shrimp and scallops were good the lobster meat was suspect. There was hardly and sauce in the pasta.. probably won’t be returning.

We had three dishes here at Ruby’s, we had the shrimp and the pasta with breadsticks. We also had a cheesecake. On the other note. We also did have some fries. Those were one of the best foods we have had ever in our lives.
There were only two servers today and our server did very great today. They were bouncing from tables back-to-back and they were very nice with our order. The order was not messed up at all. So I’m happy that people are taking note and are patient here. It’s very calming environment for the atmosphere. We have TVs by the bar and it is more of a great sound quality. You can hear in the background here, so overall I would write this place. Five stars the only thing I would recommend is for a little bit cleanliness of the restrooms, but overall most restaurants do have a struggle in that.

So many problems, where to start!
Checked into the IHG hotel, just 100 yards from this appalling excuse of a restaurant, we thought cool, a RT right next door, always had excellent service, decent food and a cold beer, so that was dinner decided!
How wrong can you be!
As we walked over to RT’s we remembered a couple of fun times we had at these restaurants and anticipated a similar experience. No one at the greeting station, stand and wait, young lady arrived after a few minutes, table for 2 is all we wanted, we could see at least 7 empty tables, she told, not asked us to wait while she went off and cleaned a table, which we didn’t want to sit there, it was right next to the bathrooms! Of course she seemed upset at us and very annoyed! The table we sat at was even worse! But hey, we needed a beer and food, and just got on with it.
Waitress was on here second shift, zero manners, no charm, zip zilch nadda!
Food….. less said better the review!

I never tip less than 22%, tonight I left 10% and believe me, my wife wanted to leave nothing!
Overall, the restaurant was dirty, disgusting and in major need of a lick of paint!
Watching people arrive and stand and wait, only to be told it would be a 30/45 minute wait was terrible, at one point there was 15 people waiting, then all 15 left, so bad for business.
Next door was KFC, I know what we are doing next time.

That was the worst shrimp scampi I have ever had. It was so dry I couldn’t eat the noodles. When confronted the manager took off only 7 dollars off and then ran off when I complained. If this is how this establishment is ran and managed I will never be back. Update me and one of the others that ate there got sick and stayed in the bathroom most of the night. Hope it wasn’t food poison from poor food handling practaces.

First of all, let me say that I made a review several years ago and I was not impressed with this location, but the last couple weeks have changed my mind about this location in Dublin. We have got the best service and food in town from, Ruby Tuesday’s. Abby, Jessica, and Courtney have given spectacular customer service. I don’t know who has been cooking in the back, but the steaks and everything else that has been prepared has been superb. Not to mention that you can buy the salad bar pass and it’d be like $2 a day for a salad who can pass up that deal? I will definitely be back and be a continued supporter.

Came in on lunch break with 6 other people. We was not initially greeted. We told our server Asia that we had a party of 6 and when we had one more to come. She should have told us that they did have but one cook and that our food probably would take longer than expected. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks. Being that it was only 5 other people in the restaurant that were already eating i have no clue what the hold up was. Then when we asked could we get our checks and our food in Togo boxes because our lunch was almost up Asia seem to have an attitude. When she brought our checks our bill was wrong we asked her for the 5.99 burger special when we sat down. When she went to the back and said something to the manager you could hear her yelling did they ask you for the deal. We indeed did bc we had the special pulled up on our phones. Overall worst experience. Store need new management new staff new building. Never coming back and this was actually my 2nd bad experience but wanted to give a 2nd chance but rude and nasty.

Me and some friends went to eat here on Valentine’s Day and the food and service was horrible!! Our server Larry was very rude and impatient!! Once he served us our drinks, he threw our straws on the table. He took forever to come back and get our orders and once he did he was being very impatient with us and had a whole attitude for no reason. He has horrible customer service and needs to find a new profession!! The food was very old, half cooked, and seemed like it had been warmed up in a microwave right before it was served to us. The plates and cups were nasty and you could tell they weren’t washed at all.

Had dinner this evening with my family and food was outstanding. Dave our server was a delight and friendly. He told us he has been working for the company for two months. Wow… Is all we can say on his service. Will definitely be back next week. Telling all our friends to come in.
