It’s not often that I leave a Mexican food cart hungry, but I did this time. While most other food carts fill the plate with massive quesadillas loaded with meat and cheese, this looks more akin to a familiar drive through chain, but double the price.
Not good portions for the money, also negative point for separated and sediment like horchata.

I’d been eyeing this food truck for a while and finally decided to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did. Was it a little pricey? Maybe. But it was absolutely worth it.
I ordered the Mexi Burger, which came with fries. The fries weren’t mind-blowing, but they were solid—crispy, hot, and actually worth eating (which is more than I can say for a lot of “obligatory” burger sides). I picked up my order to-go while walking home, and even after a 7-minute walk, everything was still hot and delicious when I opened the container.
The burger itself? Incredible. Spicy, but not too spicy for me—though if you’re sensitive to heat, you might want to try a milder option. That said, it wasn’t just heat—it had depth, seasoning, and flavor that really stood out.
The employee who took my order was super friendly and patient while I looked over the menu, which I appreciated.
Overall? This place rocks. If you’re on the fence or scrolling through reviews trying to decide—go for it. You’re supporting a local business that actually delivers on quality. And honestly, it’s not much more than what you’d pay at a chain—but with way more flavor and heart.
