Got the new Big Arch. Wanted big mac sauce instead of the new sauce. Start to eat, and there’s no sauce at all. No lettuce. I was at work and couldn’t take it back. So had to eat it. Almost $10 for a sandwich I did not want. Called for an hour to lodge a complaint, they didn’t answer the phone. Finally got ahold of them, and they said bring the sandwich back. They won’t remake it right another time without bringing it back. Very unprofessional and poor customer service

This is the slowest Mcdonald I have ever been to. They pulled me forward to wait on my food and after watching multiple cars get their food the kid came to ask what I ordered. He went in to look for my order but couldn’t find the food or my order. He asked for my receipt but the cashier didn’t give it to me it’s been 30 minutes and I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. I don’t expect if to be correct. The only pleasant thing about this experience was the boy running food out who is trying his best to get me my order.

Very disappointed in this McDonalds. Was in there yesterday evening at 5:30pm . The lobby was not busy at. Drive through looked to be steady. In the lobby there were “NO” clean booths or tables. The floorvwas very wet in front of soda machine, but sign was more up towards food pickup. Floors were wet with pop or who knows what in several areas. Went to sit in booths next to food area were apparently the floor was wet there also because I slipped and fell, bruising up my left hip, busted my knee cap open, and bruised up knee. There severly needs to be a lobby attendant

Let me start off by saying I understand that it is more often than not that a bad review is given, I would say it’s human nature for people to complain before giving praise but today I want to make it abundantly clear that I believe praise and recognition is deserved by Alisha. I would like to provide context on why I feel this way by explaining how I walked in with my heart set on a very specific order, and when I couldn’t order a McFlurry with my large french fry no salt it did immediately leave a feeling of despair. I have never been one to get excited for much but today after a tough day at work the idea of this quick yet sufficient meal to bring me down to earth completely filled me with joy. Now to make it up to me she didn’t hesitate to ask if I possibly wanted a frappe to make me feel okay with the way it had all played out up to that point and I accepted it and gave my thanks and appreciation for her being a very professional and understanding leader, the demeanor of Alisha was wonderful and I would like to thank her again for making me smile and ensuring that I would leave satisfied and happy.

I come to this location because it’s close to home and im beyond disappointed every single time I get pulled ahead for two cheeseburgers and a drink The other night I came to get my daughter a Cheeseburger happy meal we got chicken nuggets. They did not give me a drink and by that time they already had a line around the building so I didn’t wanna wait in the drive-through but I asked the gentleman at the window Hey do you know how long it will be and he said nope I don’t know. I tried again tonight to see if it would be better OF COURSE NOT this is not a way to keep a loyal customer!

Worst McDonald’s in Topeka. Order accuracy is horrible at this store. I order delivery often via the McDonald’s app. If this store is selected for delivery, 9 out 10 times, items will be missing from my order or they will not follow customization on the grill slips. Unfortunately you can’t choose which store you’d like delivery from, the app chooses for you, and it has occasionally chose a store the furthest from me. Ordered food via delivery tonight- sadly this store was chosen. Sure enough both burgers are wrong, fries are soggy and not fresh, all condiments are missing.

Why do they always make you pull forward. Waited 16 minutes and had to go inside cause the car hop took my receipt cause they couldn’t even find my order. I will just wait at the window from now on. My Granddaughter couldn’t even eat the chicken nuggets cause she said they tasted bad. DO BETTER. It’s not faster to park people!!!!!!!

There’s really only 1 worker that’s actually good here. Anytime I come and they’re not here or someone else takes my order the service is terrible. The lobby is also almost always dirty too which I can understand at some points but when the service sucks and the building is horribly dirty I’m gonna stop going to this location

Rachel the manager on Tuesday afternoon looked over at me about 5 times and ignored me who wanted to place an order for about 10 minutes. Another customer was waiting for a cup for water also. Totally unacceptable . Never going there again.
