The manager this afternoon is a complete mean person, my family loves Popeyes and we live right near this particular one. We seen her yelling, degrading and treating customers and fellow employees like garbage. Today my food was ready and when she saw it was mine she decided not to hand it to me until they finished fixing a mistake they made by not preparing the food on time for another customer. I smiled and left….because of the history I have of dealing with her I decided to never complaint to this manager that is always right. Popeyes let us enjoy you fully once again

26 minutes waiting for my order in the drive thru. Follow up: 31 minutes wait after she stated that it would take specifically 8 minutes without me asking. The food was cold. The person in line behind me got their food first, and their bag was bigger, so I got out and told them how long I had been waiting. She told me I was lying and that I could wait. When I said exactly what time the receipt said, she immediately handed me the bag. She pretended that I scratched her when I tool the bag. I will be asking for a refund, or my post patriots game routine will be somewhere else from now on

Very bad place to go to buy food customer service the worst one that I ever had, I went with my family to buy food from this place and on the screen they have combos that they don’t have available so I decided to go to the window in the window the girl that was there with a nasty attitude and bad customer service charge me almost 30 bucks for a family combo she forgot the 4 biscuit and no drinks and on top of that she didn’t mention that she will charge me 25 cent for sauce after that the manager on duty with a nastier attitude approached to the window screaming at me and saying a bad words to me and my family in which two kids were with me in the car, the food dropped off on the floor and then I took it from the floor and leave, this should be illegal and something need to be done, I want a full refund back to me and the lady that was at the window and manager on duty needs to be removed because that was unacceptable and they don’t know what customers service means. That happened yesterday 09/30/25 at night shift.

This was the worse experience in Lynn I had ever had. Lazy, slow, zero attention to the orders and costumers. Staff “successfully” made a crowd inside this location: walk-in, delivery drivers… Pepeyes employees did not care at all. I won’t go there. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my first time having Popeyes since it is a 20 minute drive for me but it is now one of my favorite restaurants. I didn’t know what to get so I just got what my friend got, a number 7 on the menu. It includes spicy crispy chicken, and two sides, I got a delicious biscuit with Mac and cheese and an extra coleslaw side. Total was about $13 with a coke. Pretty good price for the amount of food. Without the extra coleslaw it would’ve been about $11. Everything was amazing, fast service, nice employees, delicious everything, no complains here. Definitely recommended.
