My coworkers and I were visiting Macon, Ga because of a training and saw this place on TikTok and because it was close to where we were staying, we decided to try it out. We arrive there, stood in the front of the restaurant for about 10 mins, the host came out greeted a gentleman that was at the counter but nothing to us. My coworker says something amongst each other, the host chimed in and try to argue with us so at this point we are like uhh. We still wanted to try out the seafood so we still waited. Afterwards, she (the host) proceeded to come up to us and point at the sign with an attitude and says “Doesn’t the sign says wait to be seated” so we left. We will not spend our money where we can’t get properly serviced or treated like customers.

It was our first visit. Service by Vontae did not disappoint! He was very attentive and perfect service provided! Went above and beyond! Food was amazing ! The wings in their Macon house special sauce were amazing! My hubby had the crab boil he loved it! I had combo of shrimp and fish ! It was delicious! The coleslaw was delicious! It does need a bit of cleaning like the napkin holder and windows edge. There was a little dispute in the kitchen but it settled within a few minutes. But otherwise I will be returning. Price was spot on !

A visit on a week day during lunch hours was great. Service and food was @ it’s best versus a busy full house on days. Jonis, our server was great. Being that it was each of our first visit. She was very knowledgeable of the menu items. She was very helpful with our choices. Her attitude, demeanor and smile kept us in awe. We were very pleased with her. Now, on to the restaurant. They offer a full service bar. And a menu that definitely will not disappoint you or your wallet. My friends and I enjoyed several different menu items. We all agreed that the food was hot and crispy. The combo basket orders are on point. Topped of with an ice cold Budweiser.

The service here is quite bad. When we sat down we waited 15 minutes before anyone came and spoke to us. At that point we ordered drinks. Several times I asked about the drinks and it didn’t do any good. Our food came, still no drinks. I told the waiter to cancel the drinks and then he finally brought them over. They weren’t busy at all. Only five tables were seated. That was 45 minutes after we ordered them. The place stinks. It’s just not good. The food overall wasn’t bad. No complaints about the food but the service here really is bad.

Finally got my first taste of a seafood boil. It was absolutely amazing and the experience will not be my last Inshaa Allah. The Macon Crab House is a must visit if u are in Macon, Ga. Make no mistake… everything I tasted here was delicious!!! The prices are reasonable and the portions are practical. Well worth the money spent. On top of that, I threw the bag in the oven (spread it out on a pan) and it was still delicious. Now mind you it was 3 days later!!!

Great customer service. A little pricey for the amount of food that you receive. A decent looking establishment. The inside was clean but the bathrooms were funky and you can smell the funk just outside of the bathrooms. The food was decent but I have had better seafood in Georgia.

If I can put a O I will it’s not even worth 1 star . Worst experience ever. We waited almost a hour and still not drinks. Took 30 mins before they even took our order. . Then 30 more minutes for people that came in after us to get the drink. We had a family of 7 . No communication or anything. I do not recommend. Worst experience ever!!!

Food was great. I got the shrimp boil and sausage add on. It was ready when I came to pick it up. Gave gloves to keep the sauce off my fingers. Shrimp were a good size and not over cooked.
