I ask for xx onions that smart mouth manager stated she already got 10 pieces on the sandwich the roast beef wasn’t even done she had a very nasty attitude I ask for fresh curly fries cold as ice so much mayo on the sandwich I took 2 bites she really pissed me off I asked for more onions she said xx onions is only 2 rings the heffa at the Graham nc store Margie if she’s supposed to be a manager somebody need to teach her how to talk to people she has on gloves handling bags wearing the same gloves startedaking sandwiches thank God mine was already made she put so much mayonnaise on it you could’ve slid down a hill on that nasty not even half done sandwich

The food was good but I didn’t know that you had to ask for curly fries with your meal. There was absolutely no one in the store, the drive thru or the parking lot. Maybe they need to change some attitudes and they might get more business.

A big change since we’ve eaten here. Respectful employees and management and very helpful with food options. And also Steven came out and asked how our meal was as well as talked with other customers. This is what running a business is all about. Most definitely will be returning.

Today I went to this location. Took 15 minutes to get to the window. Once at the window one man took my payment and then handed me my drinks , he proceeds to walk to the back and comes back up front talks to the manager who’s bagging food about his next shift and leaving. My food sitting on the counter getting cold. I watched my bag sit there for 3-4 minutes until another man comes to the drive thru and hands my food to me and I proceeded to ask why my food was just sitting there getting cold , he then cussed at me and shut the window in my face. The manager then tried to come and say my food was being cooked when I sat and watched my bags sit there. I said I didn’t want the food , I wanted my money back and the manager refused to refund my money, then proceeds to get a man from the back to come to the window and try to intimidate me to move out of the drive thru. I will never spend a penny at that location or any other location owned and operated in that manner !

Arby’s is Arby’s. Food quality and taste is how it has been for decades. I was thinking how the mail that I had has remain the same since childhood. This restaurant is extremely clean with very friendly service. Let’s give these folks a great big thumbs up.

Decide to have lunch at arby’s Graham.North carolina was presented a sandwich smokehouse $15 you get a regular drink.Regular fry and three ounces of brisket needless to say, I was unsatisfied, so I asked for a refund.The manager said We’ll make you another sandwich of equal value.No I wanted a refund.She said you can’t get a refund.
And if you keep ask for corporate number. i’m gonna call the police which she did as I was leaving I noticed the officers were there when I come around the building to see what they complained was the manager explained to the police officer that I was yelling screaming and telling him that I would not leave not explaining that the only reason that I did not leave because I was riding with someone else. The officer asked me and the manager is there way.We can resolve this matter.I said yes, give me a refund.I didn’t eat anything? the manager said no.We make you another sandwich of equal value i said, no I just want a refund. She told the officer no and that I was banned from the property. So for lunch at arby’s in Graham North cariana.

And banned from the property never took a bite everything on the counter so I contacted corporate and let them know the manager they have, in Graham, North Carolina. is very unprofessional in resolving matters and basically stole my money ban me from the probably. I will not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. Poor management, poor help. Food quality

Worst Arby’s experience ever. Waited for 10 mins in drive thru with 2 cars in front of us just to take our order. Was able to pull up to window immediately (that’s how much lag time there was) and paid for food. Was given drinks without straws. Then told to pull over to side and wait for food. No one behind us at the time. Decided to wait until another vehicle got in line behind us before moving. Was told again to move. Asked employee why and was told that their drive thru timer had expired. Seriously?? So we’re cheating the system now? Food finally given to us about 8 mins later but was missing food and no receipt. Went back in to have corrected. Same employee had attitude and would not acknowledge us. Finally another employee resolved issue. But really! Don’t work somewhere that requires you you to interact with the public and work in a fast paced environment if you can’t handle it. Our group was not the only group experiencing these issues at that moment. EVERYONE was. 5 cars pulled over waiting for food. 2 others had to go inside to correct their order.

This food chain keeps getting more and more greedy! They need to be shut down completely, you now get a medium drink the size of a kids 10 oz sippy cup for $3.See photo !

Well this location has several issues.
1st. Its very over priced and only cares about its profits!
2. They reduce the size and quanity of food and dribks.
3. Ordered a large strawberry lemonade and they gave me a medium size cup and charged over $3. when i complained the young kids working drive just said welcome to arbys corporate greed center!!
4. They have changed their food over the years and it no longer tast good, back in the 80’s and early 90’s the food has a much better flavor and the bread tasted fresher, today the food has a bad after taste and the bread taste old and tough.

The best Arby’s experience I’ve had in years!! The service was outstanding! Literally the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in years!! The food was perfect, perfectly cut roast beef and cooked to perfection! The place was very clean! All the empty tables were clean and the bathroom was cleaner than it’s ever been! The new management at this Arby’s have really turned the place around!
