Ordered a #1 meal
Opened the package and looked at the patty on top and there was a visible bite mark taken out of the sandwich when I got it.
The manager replaced the sandwich telling me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Threw up his hands and “Hey man… whatever”
This is pretty foul behavior from cooks and management.

A little annoyed. We don’t do the drive thru as orders are messed up all the time so we went inside, ordered from the kiosk and by the time we got home I noticed we were missing a 10 piece nugget. We would have went back but with the traffic and our road isn’t plowed completely we weren’t going back out. We understand it’s busy but at least double check before handing out, the bag was full so it was hard for us to see. Nothing like paying for food and not getting it! No customer service on the receipt either to reach out to

Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. There is not one competent person here. Food is always terrible. No matter what you order or when you order it, it’s terrible. Management needs to be completely changed out.

Your experience may be different but this is the first time I’ve ever stopped at this one on the way back from down south and it is probably the first time in years that I have had a hot keyword being hot and great double cheeseburger from McDonald’s. So I’m sure there’s plenty of people that will complain about other things but I got to give him that because I haven’t had a cheeseburger that actually looks feels or tastes like a cheeseburger and I don’t know how long.

Ben our cashier went above and beyond and was all well untill the manager whom barely spoke English zyad or ziod ?
verbally attacked my son and I for attempting to ask for sweet and sour sauce and incinuating we were stealing sauces for nuggets we had purchased already and continued to yell and say we should have asked and we attempted to but nobody was near the front counter for help at all and to make matters worse there was a wet floor sign face down in the entry way and I slipped and fell pretty bad coming into the building

Went in today thru the drive thru and ordered double cheese burger with only mayo and lettuce and fries. I got home and opened my food. What I got was a saugy bun with ketchup scraped off and a piece of shredded lettuce and pickles with double cheese. It appeared to have been sitting awhile and was given to me. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I immediately called McDonald’s and voiced my displeasure to the manager. I told him whoever prepared the order either didn’t care enough or can’t read and probably should be fired. All he said was I am sorry if u want to come back,like everyone can hop back on rain slick road and go back. Would not recommend this place. Picture and receipt.

Didn’t get my drink with mobile order. Since there’s NOBODY AROUND except in the kitchen, I had to go behind the counter to get someone’s attention! This is crazy!!! I know ff places want to computerize as much as possible, but this is just not working out
