why you manager make me wait 10 minutes just to say he doesn’t have the order? Which he did because it was in the system I just didn’t click “I’ve arrived” at the store. So is that my problem ? Blue Island or Crestwood McDonald’s better than this one.

Didn’t have no soft drinks for my meal but lemonade. I wanted hi c orange .. since lemonade was the only option i said ok and it was a additional fee for it ….. like its my fault yall didn’t have no other selections ill never go there again

This place is a joke! 2nd time in a week they can’t get nothing right! 1st was just some drinks was wrong ones. Was already gone from there to go in and then now missing a food item. When u call and ask the immature girl gives attitude like it’s our own fault. No pay attention to what u are doing. 2nd learn how to speak to people. I will not be doing business at this establishment again!

Tried ordering a grinch meal but they “didn’t have Big Mac” so they said they would put the socks with the order anyways at the speaker and then got yelled that they only come with the grinch meal by the big girl with the mole on her face when I said something about the socks not being in the bag. Ordered ranch wraps since I couldn’t get the Big Mac and got spicy wraps instead and I didnt realize they were spicy till I got home because I didn’t realize I had to check that . So that was a wasted $20 too only eat cold fries.

I go here all the time for a McFlurry. I am disabled and on a walker so I ask for a bag for the Mc Flurry. I was told by the manager just now that they don’t give unnecessary bags out, and she would do it this one time only. To the owner who I hope reads this, I now feel like an unnecessary customer. This is poor CS.

First off, this McDonald’s is always pretty busy I feel… I brought my 3 kids in today after school to grab a small lunch. The woman who took our orders name was (pronounced, apologies if spelled wrong) shabeebee. (At least I believe that’s what I heard) she was super polite and even with orders coming in like crazy, very calm and polite under the pressure. I have managed many years so to be able to handle angry customers that are just impatient, the register, and helping on the lines is great!! Anyway I’ve attached a picture of this woman because I’m not sure who she is, but to me only negative energy besides angry customers in the place. A gentlemen asked shabeebee for a refill on coffee, she asked him please take the lid off: whoever this woman in picture but clearly miserable at that moment because she said “shabeebee you don’t bring the cup over here you bring the whole pot up front!” And one of her other con workers said “it’s just like a restaurant” It was a degrading tone first and foremost and Shane ever was working just as hard as her. There wasn’t a single smile on this woman in the picture not once. Speak with your team with respect; that’s how you get hard workers!

I’m guessing she’s a manager so, it’s worse. Food was fresh, place was clean!

Just stopping on here to give a suggestion for the company/owner/ PIC/ crew member. When working the drive thru, take care of the car that came through first. No way I should’ve been in line first waiting for 5 minutes. Then a silver truck pulls up and you take his order and never communicate to the first at arrival.

It’s a joke nowadays these people who work at the fast food places don’t even want to do their job. I went through the drive-thru and I put my order in and the girl doesn’t even repeat my order back to me and tell me what the total is and she just clears out the screen without even telling me to move forward?
