The employees were very friendly and professional. The food tasted great and was exactly what I expected as far as taste. However, I do feel that they skimped on the tater tots and chili. I ordered a large tater tots with chili and cheese but the container was not even half full. There also wasn’t a lot of chili on them either which was disappointing. I also hope that someday they bring back the coconut cream pie shake and banana cream pie shake.

Never have I ever had a customer/employee interaction that involved zero words. but after ordering at the speaker, i drove to the window and had my card ready, the girl reached out the window and snatched it, then closed the window. she handed the card back without a word, then handed me my food without a word. absolutely incredible. first time for everything, i guess. no thanks, no you’re welcome, nothing.

This place has gone down hill. Cheese burgers are cold….and seems Noone is paying attention when you give your order. I won’t eat here again until they act like the food they are putting out.

I used to really love sonic but it seems the overall chain is going downhill. This location is another one. First time here and probably my last. Touch screens malfunction and barely work. Workers here definitely hate their job as you can tell in their voice and how they take your order. I asked for no tomato and they loaded it with tomatoes. I asked for a strawberry lemonade and they brought me a shake. Couldn’t get their attention to correct it and the shake was pretty much a melted mess like it has been sitting there a while. The burger which is my favorite part of the whole sonic chain was cold and soggy and looked like it had some kind of slime on it. Very disappointed here. Probably should skip over this location and goto something else

I have not been to Sonic for a while, like many years, thought I would try them again. I got a cheeseburger, mozzarella cheese sticks, and a chocolate shake. The marinara sauce was not good, Sonic you might want to check that out. If you have old packages throw them out. The cheeseburger was ok. It tasted good but the cheese wasn’t melted at all. The chocolate shake there wasn’t much chocolate in it. I probably will not be going back there at all. For food over $15. You’d expect better food.

I love the food from Sonic BUT the employees really need to be better. We did a mobile order through the app this weekend, when we arrived a few of the employees were outside smoking weed and tried to go to the side of the building to hide it. We got our food but were missing items. And for some reason we can’t get sauce now ? Its happened 3 times on 3 separate occasions and I just don’t understand. And when we went to exit the parking lot those couple employees were still smoking weed and started mean mugging us as we drove out. So basically, love Sonics other locations but this one seems to fumble a lot the past few months. I don’t care about what people do in their spare time but if you’re going to smoke weed on the clock at least be nice about it ? Very weird

Wish I could give it negative stars. Well the store on grape or main in Mishawaka, Indiana. Worst fast food experience ever. This store wasn’t actually visited because I’ll never go back to a Sonic.

They show cheese sauce with the soft pretzel but you don’t get it unless you pay an extra 99 cents . Of course they don’t tell you this and we were halfway home before we realized we didn’t get the cheese sauce cup their menu showed with the pretzel. It’s a really small pretzel for $2.49 by itself.

It took what seemed like forever to get our food, even though there were only 2 other customers there. The fries were extremely hard and inedible. The add-ins ordered for my drink were not added.
