The man on the drive thru window tonight 11/20 was not someone that should be there. Not a single word was spoken from him just a hand jot the window for my payment. Got home, the fries were good, only get 5/8 chicken fries when I ordered 8. Tried it out because I thought it would be quick. I will not be going back

Coming here is a hit or miss been here 4 times as I live down the road and I love their onion rings. Anytime I get anything else 50/50 chance it won’t be good. I have lost my debit card here the person’s never gave it back I should have double checked but that was on me too. Service is spotty sometimes you’ll get the hello or just a hand out the window for your payment with no greeting. I usually just go to Culver’s since their service is always good even if it costs more. I would recommend ordering very little here and double check before you leave the drive thru. One time I got the hand out the window and I just left like at least say hello.

How is this place still open? I mean seriously does anyone at this dump care about the work they do? Every single time i go my food is either burned or missing what i bought. The attitudes they show customers is unbelievable. Its also funny how they never have a full staff. Thr food is always nasty, the service is trash and the atmosphere is terrible.

Horrible customer service, old white lady especially! This place needs to be closed down. Missing order, wrong drink and I went back for my 2nd Missing order and old white lady had the guts to tell me I had all my orders, brought back all my food for her, while my baby who we just left the doctor’s office was in the car and her dang team to check to see that I was missing an order. They need to shut down

The chicken sandwiches were horrible! Way too much mayo. They were slathered in mayo. It could be called a mayo sandwich. My friend and I agree 100%

Store is dirty. (Well today it was) everyone behind the counter was confused about ONE persons ONE sandwich. He was visibly annoyed. I was the only one at the register waiting to place an order. I had to wait at least 3 minutes while 4 people tried to figure out what they did wrong to ONE sandwich. While standing there I noticed that the store was pretty dirty and there were at least 6 people working. Maybe 5 people in the lobby and no lines. I ordered my food and went to my car to grab my camera so I could take pictures of the store. When I returned (less than 60 seconds) my food was waiting on the counter. I took a picture of the shake machine mess, and when they saw me take a picture, they suddenly wanted to clean up, and were around the corner whispering about me. Got my food home, and sure enough it was old, not hot, and well, not good at all. My little pieces of pie were melted to the side of the container. Not sure if management changed at this store, or what happened, but they aren’t close to be what they were before. Think I’ll go to McDonald’s next time, after all it’s only a block away. The silver stained thing you see in the picture is the front of their tea urn. Who would want to drink tea from that?
Update: I don’t know why I continue to occasionally go to this place for something to eat. Today the manager at the drive thru was just RUDE. He cut me off 3 times while I placed my order. Was curt and just not nice at all. When I got to the window and tried to speak to him, he said “I am not rude, it’s called being short handed and trying to work”. I explained that I work in the industry too, and I get it, but still…. Then he cut me off and said I am not rude. I asked his name and he proudly announced to me that his name was Rich. Rich Johnson. What a totally rude and nasty experience. He made sure not to give me A receipt so I couldn’t do the survey, that they so proudly display at the speaker. This place is garbage. They need to do a reboot or close it down. I’ve had enough and won’t be back again.

This place can’t seem to get its act together. They lock the doors to their dining hall without notice, they don’t prepare online orders in advance, and they mess up the orders even so. Today was the last straw – ordered two whoppers, one with cheese, one without. What do I get? Two burgers with only cheese on them. Messed up the only part of a small order that had any customization to it.
