Order was incorrect, ordered plain bacon cheeseburger when received I checked order and burger at drive thru window was not correct , I told the cashier Hannah it wasn’t plain she rolled her eyes and shouted can I have a plain jr bacon for drive.. when she returned with the burger I checked it and she had a unwelcoming unpleasant look on her face while tapping her fingers on the counter/table at drive thru window.. horrible customer service ! Young girl should be better trained and maybe not work with the public until mature enough to handle customer interaction and better work ethics ..No apologies or comment came from her for the order..

I had ordered a oreo shake with my 700 rewards points from the app at 12:48 am yesterday Jan 21. I had sent my Husband to go pick up my order and he came back home empty handed. He told me they had started cleaning the machine and it was around 1am and offered him sugar cookies a single bag of sugar cookies if i wanted sugar cookies i would have ordered them. Sugar cookies is no where near the price of a shake and is not a rewards app offer.

Everything isn’t cooked to order like it’s supposed to be so make sure you ask for fresh fries they should take over 3-4 minutes to make, also if you ask for no sauce on ur tacos, then get taco sauce packets they have to make the tacos fresh to order. Try your drink before you drive off sometimes they are flat.
When you work in the fast food industry you’re supposed to be trained to serve food that is edible and clean that’s the whole purpose of a food handlers card and on the job training. If you see a piece of romance lettuce looking this old then why would you still proceed to place it in my Chicken sandwiches. It wasn’t even just one piece of lettuce it was all of them.

While the service was fairly good, and the quality of the food was decent, the actual atmosphere was underwhelming. The bathrooms were locked, and you had to speak to the person at the ordering counter to unlock them, which was difficult given the multitude of people ordering at the time. In addition, the store was small and rather cramped. Further, after we ordered our food specifically without onions, we were a bit disappointed to open our burgers and find most of them to still have onions. I understand the staff was busy, but this location felt like they didn’t like the customers very much. Thankfully, the staff was nice and helpful, because the store didn’t feel all that welcoming.
