Definitely the crew needs to pay attention to the customers order and what they say rather than making what they want them to eat and drink. Just okay. Which is sad bc I LOVE sonic. This one does JUST enough. How you don’t put cherries or limes in the CHERRY limeades I will never know. Chili cheese tots with onions is my go to. It’s routinely done wrong and tots are usually old. I’ve sent orders back and I’m guessing they wait a few min and come back out or use what’s left of the old tots. I go to get my drink fix but prefer not to order food from it

I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received. The staff showed little interest in helping and seemed completely unbothered by customers’ needs. Their attitude was dismissive, and the overall experience felt careless and unorganized. I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, this place fell far below that standard. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend it based on the service I experienced.

Sonics has really great hot dogs and generally that’s what I order when I go. Although the hot dogs are good, I am at my wits end with how the staff fills the french fry container. It is always half filled, and I don’t understand that. I’ve included pictures so that you can see what I mean. May I please get a full order of fries with my order?? I really enjoy the food, and I would like to return, but please give me what I pay for.

Sonic is awful. I ordered a large sauced popcorn chicken and this is what they sent. They are just as disgusting as they look. Old, dried up, small and hard. If you can’t hire good employees at least hire a good manager to lead them to become good employees. They clearly don’t care. And the pictures are before I started eating, not after!

Poor experience. Food substandard. Service was bare. No coffee was available for the morning. Tomato found outside my burrito, and no tater tots inside burrito. Honestly it’s what I know is a great meal at Sonic locations that actually try. Tots on the side were the only decent thing.

Who’s ever job it is to clean the bathrooms here needs to be fired, everything was filthy, the toilet seat was loose and chained to the commode, it was even loose like somebody tried to take the commode. The drainage grate where mop water and all that stuff is supposed to be drained into has no covering and a small child can get their legs stuck in that pipe. The food is good here but I am a little concerned about the sanitization
