Donna welcomed us as soon as we arrived and made made a great recommendation on a combo that I took as advice and it was delicious! The. She recommended using a sweet tangy sauce to dip my potato cake and it was amazing!

This by far is the best Arby’s around! The food is always hot and made correctly! Always wonderful and friendly customer service. Sometimes we just go to this location even though we live in Clayton bc it’s just better! Thank you for your wonderful service!

I normally have good service here, however recently it’s been going down hill. We ordered two meals and both came with large lemonades. They only have 2 options a small and medium, but the menu reflects REG 16oz or LRG 20oz (Really a med). What’s so special that you charge your customers extra $$ for a ‘Large’ lemonade but they come in a medium cup? We’d be better off getting a actual large drink. Then the fries were so cold we threw them away; and they didn’t fill the box. We feel for $25.29 we were robbed by the upcharge in drink and receiving a smaller amount than actually a large and the food being cold to the point of being uneatable. Service was okay. The person who took the order was good but the one at the window passing out, not so much.

I was excited about the turkey sandwich and clearly stated NO MAYO. Got the combo and glad that I can eat the fries & drink the tea, because the sandwich is slathered in mayo. Immediately trashed it, and gagged as I washed the gross excess mayo from my hands (way too much mayo even if the customer loves it). And THIS is why I prefer to bring my lunch from home. Can’t afford another over-priced fast food lunch. So disgusted.

Had a coupon for $7.49 for the classic roast beef and cheese meal, but was still charged $8.99 for the meal. Why? That is a $1.50 more than the coupon. Do not send out coupons if you are not going to apply them correctly.

I absolutely hate this Arby’s Location. They have the most unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in the world. On Night Shift whoever was working between 8pm – And 9 PM should be fired. I plan to take my complaint to corporate directly. I will not stop until this location is completely closed and shut down unless staff is fired. The manager was rude, The staff act like they couldn’t hear me on the speaker, They threw a my card at me and refused the serve me. Like I said before, all staff, including management should be fired Based on who was working there on November 8, 2025 between 8 AM and 9 PM.

Have had better experiences here than today. My co-worker and I both ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The size of the chicken patty was much much smaller than the bun, fries and service were cold and the floor was so sticky throughout the dining area you could hardly pull your foot up. They don’t offer any type of value menu or specials. The combo we ordered was almost $11 each. I can find better and cheaper lunch options in this area. Will not return.

There was nothing classic about this classic roast beef sandwich. This meat tasted like salted slices of previously dehydrated “meat.” The coke Zero tasted like the cabonization mix was off. The drive thought staff seemed miserable, but they attempted to fake a smile. Much like the food they are faking it. This meal was 9.64, the fries were not hot, and the sandwich was horrible. It was a trash meal that went in the trash. You got me Arby’s but never again. If you “got the meats,” I will become a vegan.
