I haven’t been here for quite some time due to the poor service we have received in the past, so we figured we would try again. Needless to say, once again the service was terrible. We were promptly seated by the Hostess. Once seated, no server came by for nearly 10 minutes, though the servers walked by our table several times. Finally, the hostess ended up taking our order. The food delivery time was acceptable, but once the food was delivered, there was zero follow-up. Finally walked up to the cashier without our receipt and paid. I let the attendant at the check-out we were dissatisfied with the service and left.

Walked in guy seated my daughter and I . Walked away . Fyi maybe 2 other people where there. We waited 20 mins for menus 10 minutes for a drink. Guy came back asked what we wanted to order I told I’m I don’t know what they have since we never got menus. I pissed him off and he made someone else take the order. The food was okay!

This was in fact the worst experience of a lifetime. Food was forever on a simple order of beef tips. Delivered to table after complaining to waitress about the wait. Food was cold, not to mention still waiting on side salad that was to be served before the meal. Asked for the manager and he was more upset that the other customers might over hear my complaint than he was in taking care of the issue. Will never be back, not just here but ihop all together

Great service and very accommodating. Food was hot and quick. My kiddo wanted something that wasn’t exactly on the menu but they acclimated it to make it happen. I ordered a piece-meal breakfast and got no guff. Our server was kind, friendly, and checked in multiple times. Restaurant was clean and easy enough to get on and off the highway.

I stopped going here years ago as it was just awful. I then saw a local review saying it was much better now that it is under new management. I went and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, waitress addressed every need and seemed like she actually liked her job & knew what she was doing. The food was cooked great and arrived hot and tasted good. I confirmed it was under new management with an employee and think the change was desperately needed. Now, it has given me a new place to go that I will actually enjoy. I really hope the new management stays.

Dynaste, our waitress was horrible to say the least. She first got our drinks wrong. Then brought our coffee in to-go cup even though we were sit in. Then she messed up our food. One of my friend who does not eat beef so he ordered chicken but was brought a hamburger. Then she said let me change it, went to the kitchen and came back saying there is no chicken left. When we ordered the salad, we got a pile of greens, a pile of mushroom and 4 pieces of chicken. Total time spent 2 hrs 45 mins.
