I asked them to put the usual amount of meat and other spices. At the checkout, they charged me $29. I said that couldn’t be right, that it was too expensive. They said they added extra meat, which they didn’t, but even then it should have been +$5.50, not +$15. They didn’t give me a receipt, saying they ran out of paper. In short, they are scammers. Be careful. There was a long hair in the dish. I’m attaching a photo.

I had an unpleasant experience at this location, which is in serious need of improvement. The lobby was filthy, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, napkins on the floor, and straw wrappers scattered throughout the store. They were also out of basic items like forks.
The food prep area was no better—ingredients were left all over the place, making it look unclean and unsanitary. To top it off, the employees appeared indifferent to the mess and the overall state of the restaurant.
This location clearly needs a complete overhaul, starting with new management to set higher standards. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Consistently one of the dirtiest Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Been twice and there’s always food all over the tables at the restaurant and spilled everywhere on the service station. The silverware cups are gross, filled with items and food people have dropped in there.

I went in to place my order. I’m not sure why my order was downsized to the kids’ menu . I didn’t realize it until I got home. The establishment was clean. People were dining indoors and seemed to be enjoying their meal. I would return again for another meal. The portions are good for the price. I ordered the burrito with chicken, rice, veggies and cheese. My other order was Steak quesadilla with fajita veggies, queso blanco and tomato salsa. I also ordered a side of guacamole. I decided to get 2 steak quesadillas because they were rather small. My total was $27, that’s the meal they downsized and threw in an apple juice.

They are always out of something but being out of chicken, pico, corn salsa and queso is crazy. Whoever they had running the store and cutting the lettuce shld be put through some more training. Oh and I was charged for extra meat when I got half of 2 proteins.

i honestly never leave reviews but the older lady who is working here is extremely rude…for one she corrected me on the “pico” saying this is our mild…never have i ever been corrected on pico at any location when i in return asked her why does it matter because she clearly knew which one i meant because she picked up the spoon she gave me a lame excuse saying “to make is easier on us”…..this is not how you give great service im sorry, she left the poor girl at the front to attend to all 3 stations with a line of 5+ people, took her time to come help us and then corrected me on a term that doesn’t matter when you have other people you need to service. love chipotle but not

Horrible experience, I waited in line ordered and then the manager had the server throw the food away. I stood there for 5 minutes trying to figure out what happened. I was ignored, this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will not be returning.

Worst value in the world. 4 dollars for a sample size cup of cheese, 3 for a soggy bag of 10-12 chips, 15 for a bowl that should be half the size it is because the food barely fills half of the container its in. No wonder they call this corporate slop. The food isn’t even overly good to justify the price, a continual disappointment when you’re in a pinch.

This location is exactly why Chipotle stocks are down and people no longer frequent Chipotle. The prices have skyrocketed and given the insane prices you think you at least would get what you pay for. This place will rip you off to the point where it actually seems like they are intentionally messing with you. Order and pay for extra and they give you something significantly smaller than regular. Not to mention how down right rude and unprofessional the entire staff is including management. On top of these things this location is filthy, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, trash on the floor, gross food prep areas, and complete disarray of the beverage, condiment and cutlery area.
