Well, I went there Monday afternoon. Waited in line got up to the window and I grabbed a couple fries and they were not even warm so I asked the lady can I get some hot fries please? She looked at me like I was crazy went and got the manager manager comes back and she says next time you’re at the drive-through you need to order hot fries I said excuse me are you serious? She goes now I have to throw them away. I said really so you were gonna serve them to me. They weren’t even warm but that was OK. I said aren’t you supposed to serve hot food fresh Food and she just looked at me and I said you got some issues LADY and she shut the window and said have a good day. I talked to the head manager today on Thursday and she asked me if I wanted my money back or food. I said that’s not while I’m calling. I don’t want free food. I don’t want any money back. I want you to take care of this. This was the biggest embarrassment I was gonna go in after I went to the drive-through, but due to the fact that I wasn’t feeling good. I had bronchitis and that’s why I didn’t go in, but otherwise I would’ve been in there. You’re not gonna treat me like that and talk to me that way so I’m just hoping that the manager Heather is going to take care of this whatever she decides to do I guess but that is so unacceptable. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and that McDonald’s was always good for me, but I will never be back

Stopped in to grab a French fry to go with my sandwich from arbys. Good lord I pull up and they tell me to pull in to slot 1. There was no one behind me and 1 person in front of me. It took 10 minutes to get a French fry, NEVER AGAIN!

DO NOT RECOMMEND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! young lady thinks it’s okay to yell at customers AFTER FORGETTING A DRINK do your job right maybe you wouldn’t have an issue. SHOULD BE FIRED THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Stopped there on a quick and unplanned trip up north. The place was clean , food was served fast and hot. The employees seemed happy to be there. One was even singing while she worked. Its connected to the gas station next store for convenience. Small town charm….

I’ve worked in food and in retail so I know how to be kind and patient to workers but this location is ridiculous. Constantly missing items and when we go back to get the stuff we paid for the workers treat us like we’re stealing! Trust me, it’s not that deep staff. Train better and skip this location.

Filthy inside and not at a busy time of day. Flies crawling on EVERYTHING, very nasty. We had to keep shooing them away from our food and beverages. Also had to ask a team member to wash a table for us as they were all dirty. One staff member was mopping floors then went right back to serving customers (getting ice cream treats) WITHOUT WASHING HANDS! In addition to dining room being nasty the restroom was the absolute worst I have ever seen. It was the women’s restroom and it was grotesque….poop, pee and “other” ladies fluids on top, sides, inside and under seat of the stool…disgusting! Not sure if men’s room was as bad…

We listened to younger staff being reprimanded by a manager very rude and sarcastically. Was not constructive criticism at all.

Burger, small fry and nuggets sat on tray (NOT warmer) while they waited for more fries to finish cooking for value meal. By the time they were done rest of the food was cold. Burger super sloppily put together….nothing like a cold, sloppy burger.

Absolutely disgusting experience….will NOT return and would NOT recommend this McDonald’s to anyone!

The food isnt always made how you ordered it. Sometimes food is missing and sometimes you get the rudest staff who should not be working in food services. The stress, disrespect and discomfort I have experienced here would make anyone never come back. Ive only gone for convince and I dont think I will anymore.
