I heard that they offer gluten free versions of their fried rice. Went to order it online and was not able to. I called and asked if they still offered the gluten free option, the call taker said they did. I ordered just chicken fried rice. When I got home and opened the bag I was shocked. I’ve never had my meal that comes on one plate regularly, completely deconstructed into multiple compartments and containers. But I am glad that most of the rice came separate. I have a shrimp allergy!!!! Why are there two shrimps sitting in the container’s compartment like they were intentionally put there!?!?!? I ordered chicken!!! I can’t eat anything in this container and I’m actually glad because why are there mushrooms in the vegetable mix too??? Never in my life have I had mushrooms included in chicken fried rice, even before I developed celiac disease. Their menu doesn’t include EVERYTHING they put on the dish and I will not return and not recommend anyone who has celiac disease to eat here. The fact that there’s another sauce in my bag not labeled gluten free is extremely concerning.

On my way home from work, I decided to stop in and try Ninja Steak House and Sushi Bar. The parking lot was fairly full, but I was seated almost immediately after walking in. I chose a regular dining table rather than the Hibachi area.

The table had a small sticky spot, but the server took care of it right away with no issue. I ordered a large Sapporo draft, which came out quickly, and then decided on three sushi rolls: the Fantasy Kiwi, Rainbow Roll, and Snow Mountain Roll. All three arrived in under 10 minutes and were fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared.

One thing I appreciated was that the server asked if I had any food allergies. I don’t, but it was nice to see them being mindful about it. I did ask the server for a recommendation on the rolls, but she seemed a bit annoyed and just told me to take some time to read the menu descriptions. Not a dealbreaker, but it stood out a little.

Overall, the food was excellent, and the service — aside from that one moment — was solid. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Very lively place. Good food and good portions. Staff was not the most friendly and they forgot my kids birthday song even though I asked 3 times 🙁

I believe this place is overrated. Not to mention it was so unbelievably noisy. The surface top, where they cook, did not look well kept & maintained. You could see there was old food stuck in corners and edges of the cooking area/top. I was definitely turned off by that. Lobster was overcooked. The steak was a premium cut and a low grade cut mixed together and served, which was very odd. The rice was a bit old. The portions were plentiful, but I just do not agree with the quality. I’ve been to habachi, at other venues, and they were much better. The prices were a little more, but the quality was definitely steps above Ninja. I won’t go back. There is definitely better out there. Not to mention they force a 20% gratuity right out the door. So regardless of the food and regardless of the service, you owe them for some reason, and I find that absolute asinine. Tips are earned, they’re not given. The restaurant underpays their employees, so instead of paying a fair wage. They force it out of the customer. I don’t care who you are or what you believe, that’s bad business.

Out of town and decided to try this place. We came early (5pm ) and just a light crowd. Ordered seafood teriyaki which was shrimp scallops crab lobster tail and salmon on a bed of julienne style veggies and rice on the side. Soup or salad. 28.95
Food was good. Not great. Lobster was tough. A little heavy on the sauce. Shrimp and salmon were good. Crab was iffy. Scallops were good.
Service was very good. And we had a nice quiet booth. Other side was the chef grill side but we chose a dish that was not cooked in front of you.
All in all, it was very filling.

This was a 5 star experience in the past but after visiting multiple times recently I’m giving 2 stars and that is only because the food is still tasty. Our party was seated separately to where half had to wait on a completely different cook with 30min to hour difference in time. So half our party would have been able to order, eat, and then leave by the time the other half got to order. Why come as a party then? We have done this multiple times in the past and it wasn’t a problem then… the staff is nice but very overwhelmed. The cooks no longer want to put a “good” show on. This is no longer worth the money and we won’t be returning.

We wanted a traditional Hibachi experience and Ninja did not disappoint. We arrived at 3:30 on a Sunday. It was not as crowded and we were seated with one other couple. We ordered the “Dinner for 2” ($46). This included choice of soup or salad, rice, noodles, steak, shrimp, and chicken. Our chef was skillful and entertaining. The food was delicious and portions were large. I would definitely recommend for a large partycelebrations or a date night. Just know there is a standard 20% gratuity.

This was really cool. My wife had been begging me to go. So I went and I took pictures because I was just so much to describe. They serve people in groups of you are get the hibachi. They serve like 3 couples at at time. You place your order and they bring out all the groups food at once and serve everyone at the same time. Besides the appetizer. I forgot what we got for appetizer, but I got the steak and shrimp hibachi. I am not a Oriental type food person so I only liked the hibachi but not really the appetizers.

It was my first time here. Luckily my party was the only ones in the room which was nice. I ordered the hibachi shrimp, and the dish was good. I was mad that i only got 4 pieces of shrimp. Of all the hibachi places I’ve been I given a small quantity of meat. My dish was all rice. I was not happy about that. The soup was good. I decided to try something new fried shrimp shumai I enjoyed that.

Wow! This place is amazing from the food to the service! Prices are reasonable, however they do include a gratuity fee no matter your party size, but it’s worth it. My favorite was both the hibachi and sushi. The Spanish volcano roll is delish!!
