We always love the crispy, juicy, and very tasty fried chicken at Popeyes. We absolutely prefer it and over KFC. KFC has all the qualities described for Popeyes, but not so much. It was a longer wait than usual due to take-out order for lunch time and short of staff (no one was at the cash registers). The wait was about 20 minutes to order. But the food came fast afterward (about 3 min).

FOOD: Came in at 1pm and got a #2. The fries came out cold, and chicken was like warm, but the Strawberry Fanta had enough syrup so that was really nice!
SERVICE: Looks like they have new people there but “A” was really nice and helped us order all of the food. They even came to our table to deliver our food.
ATMOSPHERE: Finally the dinning area was just really nice to sit down in a booth and eat my food in a clean place.

This Popeyes hits DIFFERENT. The chicken? Next level — crispy, juicy, full of flavor, like legit the best I’ve ever had. Biscuits? Melt in your mouth. Cajun fries? Don’t even get me started.
The crew here is mad chill and crazy friendly. They make you feel like family every time. Place is spotless too — clean tables, no sticky floors, smells fresh.
10/10 would smash again.

I’ve only ever DoorDash from here. Always high-quality food. This time the DoorDash gave me the wrong order, and I ended up calling the store. They were super friendly AND helpful. I ended up getting a credit through DoorDash. I left them a message about ordering again to get all the food. But I’m sure they were really busy. I just ate what I got.

Chicken Sandwich is back, it’s already second time this week to eat this. Saturday lunch time was super busy. Saw some customers complaining about the long waiting time. It didnt take so long for my order but I am wondering if it is well-made because it looks different from the other one I got a couple days ago. They will need some more managerial skills to cope with busy time.

App order that had no biscuits and old, cold fries. Called and they offered to have me come back or get them at a later visit. Order #84 in case the manager sees this. 10 minutes each way to get something that was already ordered and paid for was not on my list of things to do.

Ordered in the drive thru was told there would be a 3min wait for tenders and to pull around front. Went to the front and waited for 20min. No one ever came out. Had to go inside and ask about my food where no one knew anything about it. Either the drive thru guy stole my money or they are severely incompetent. Never will go back

The problem at this Popeyes is the woman working. She was rude, unprofessional, and had a nasty attitude the entire time. This is not the first bad experience, and she is always the issue. I think her name was Allison, that’s what the other employees were calling her. She showed no customer service skills at all and treats customers like an inconvenience. If you don’t like dealing with people, customer service clearly isn’t the job for you. Experiences like this make people not want to come back, and management seriously needs to address it because this behavior is unacceptable.
