I was recently in Qdoba on S. Westnedge in Portage picking up some food to take home. When entering the staff was very friendly and helpful as I navigated the menu and ordered. The store was clean and tidy which means a lot to me. The food was fresh and hot and the staff helping me were kind and respectful. As I was gathering my items and getting my drink the manager Jack approached me and he asked if I needed any assistance and made sure I had everything I needed. He was even kind enough to help me and held the door for me as I was exiting. The staff and climate of this location is wonderful. I enjoy the food here and will continue to return in the future! 5 STARS from ME!

I didn’t even eat here. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the food looked like it had been sitting in the pot for hours. I wouldn’t risk getting food poison. I posted a few photos that don’t do it justice. The entire restaurant was like this, including the tables. All of the tables.

Had a bad experience unfortunately, waited a while for a pick up order just for it to be wrong when I got home. Many things were added to my bowl that I didn’t order and they didn’t include the stuff I did order. I understand young kids are working here but it was very unorganized and untimely.

We were not welcomed at any point during our visit. The First Gentleman at the count mumbled and could not be understood when asking for our order, next person in line never made eye contact or spoke. Gentleman at the register was friendly. A young lady came out of the back with an AirPod stuck in her ear and went to tend to the grill while on a FaceTime call. Food was good minus my burrito being so overrun full that I struggled to eat it and it was very messy. It spilled while they were wrapping it and just stuffed it in the foil. Store was cold and dark. Lastly, I’m not a real big fan of asking for tips at the register. This is not a server style restaurant where people have to do anything but make the food. It’s not like they are serving us like normal restaurants

Tried to stop for lunch on a Wednesday about 12:20pm. Always make it a point to grab Qdoba when I have an excuse to be nearby. Doors locked and could see employees inside, but no sign on the door and employees seemed to just ignore the stream of people. Pulling on the locked door. Probably not driving out of my way for this location again. Onward to Chipotle I suppose…

The service was very nice. The ladies who served us and checked us out were very kind and professional.
I had to ask them if they could turn the music down. It was so loud, my husband couldn’t hear me talk to him, and we were standing next to each other. They baaarrrlllyyy turned it down.
Our burrito bowls weren’t very hot.
There was literally only one other table there, and the place could use a clean-up. The staff was standing around talking. The store manager could help and direct his staff to wipe down the tables, empty the trash that was overflowing, sweep the floor, and then mop the floor. It wouldn’t take that long if they did it as people left their tables.
It will be a while before we return.
So sad to because I love their food.

Qdoba is one of my top favorite fast food restaurants! This location recently did a small remodel. The layout is exactly the same, just some updates throughout. The food is delicious with good portion sizes. The things that sets them apart from Chipotle and Moe’s Southwest Grill is the free guacamole and queso. Beyond the free inclusions, the queso is unmatched compared to their competitors. Simply delicious! The reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of customizations while ordering online. There is no option to add rice to nachos. I’ve taken surveys in the past with responses saying that they will not be updating their online customization options and if I want rice, I have to order in person. This is not ideal if I want to order ahead. My 2 recommendations are: add a note section online for these details or add all topping options into the menu so that people can order ahead. I bypass this store often due to the lack of customization which also includes no option for light, normal, heavy toppings and the wait times are always minimum 15 minutes. Also, wanted to note that they are always out of cooked food (example: when I went last month, they were out of their new lime steak AND fajita veggies with a wait time of an additional 5-10 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes to order and checkout.

We hadn’t been to Qdoba in a while and decided that was our lunch place for today. We had nachos, a grilled quesadilla and a bowl choice, plus chips and queso. Wow – that was a good lunch! The restaurant is attractive, easy parking and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. We will go back!
