My brother and I looked among several restaurants at Gillette Stadium, and finally narrowed it down to this Tavolino!
The weight staff was very attentive. They had great suggestions. I went with a short rib, ravioli, and my brother had peppered chicken pasta. The ambience, warm and inviting. Can’t wait to go back. I wanted to have dessert, but we were in a rush.

The restaurant is nice inside it has a warm and inviting feel. Our server was David, he was very helpful and had an excellent knowledge of the menu. It should be noted this is a Scratch Kitchen. They can modify literally anything on the menu to your taste.
We had lunch but ordered off the dinner menu, I checked dinner for this review.
The food tasted excellent. The beet salad was very good, however it could have used a touch more citrus in it. The goat cheese and walnuts in the salad were wonderful.
The Veal Saltimbocca tasted spectacular, the vegetable added the perfect crunch to the dish. I do have to say that the 2 pieces of veal were surprisingly small, placed on a mountain of pasta. This does not take anything away from the taste it is truly delectable!!! Someone puts alot of thought into the food here.
My wife got the Gorgonzola and grape pizza as a Gluten Free Deep Dish Pizza. Yes, you read that correctly I have never heard of or seen a Deep Dish Gluten Free pizza crust before. Kudos for that and it tasted great!! I should note that even as a GF pizza, there was still plenty of it for her to bring home.
The tap water … it did not taste right. The taste also invaded my Coke.
To finish this one out. The food is significantly above average. The chef really did put significant thought into the flavor pairings as well as feel when you bite into it.

Ordered food for take out and could not believe the portion size when I opened it at home.
It was a $20 calamari and $20 caprese salad! If I opened the package at the counter, I’d ask for my money back. It was ridiculous.

Awesome italian place to eat. My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were treated so well. Our waitress was attentive. She gave us a surprise dessert. We were very impressed. The food and dessert were delicious. Happy ending to our anniversary dinner.

This was our first time at Tavolino’s and it was a wonderful experience! We went out to with our couple friends and had a great time. We ordered the full dessert plate with everything, we didn’t love the desserts, but the actual entrees and appetizers were delicious!

Went before a concert. Was somewhat busy, it was about 3PM. Got seated outside right away. Great drink and food menu. All the food was outstanding, friend said her short rib ravioli was a bit salty, but besides that, very good. We also asked for and got bread and oil. Service was great, understandably waitress got busy at times as more people came, some some waiting time, but not bad. No complaints, would go again. We got: Chicken piccatta, short rib ravioli and a salmon dish. We all cleaned our plates! Oh and dessert too.

A wonderful experience. Went out and had a reservation for 6:45, we were promptly seated with phenomenal service. Ordered the spaghetti suupli as an appetizer it was flavorful and delicious. The bread and oil were also very fresh. Ordered pizzas for entree and those were exceptionally good as well. The crust was nice and soft. The service was spectacular as well as the food. Definitely recommend this place for good Italian food.

An excellent dining experience from beginning to end! Our server Michael was awesome. Very friendly, attentive and throughout the evening we never found ourselves waiting. The atmosphere is ‘pub-like’, so kind of loud and quite busy. No blaring music, though, which I appreciate. The food? Wow! Tuscan wings arrived quickly, were piping hot and delicious. Our entrées were veal picata and pepper chicken mascarpone. SO good (and also served piping hot). The servings are generous. I couldn’t finish mine and though I rarely ask for a ‘doggy bag’, I wasn’t leaving any of this behind! Creme brulee for dessert. Also very nice. Good wine list. Ample parking nearby. ADA compliant, of course. Tavelino is definitely on our A-list.
