Twice now I’ve ordered the pepperoni pretzel stuffed crust with cheese sauce from here and found it to have practically no sauce and no salt on the crust. I’ve never had this issue at any other location. I dont expect anything amazing at little Caesars, but I do expect to actually get what I’ve ordered. Additionally the order took longer than the estimation on the app and had definitely sat around for a while before I got it as it wasnt hot despite the app saying they were still preparing it. Not worth the time or money just go somewhere else you’re not going to get what you expect from this pizza chain at this location despite those expectations already being low.

I placed an order for my birthday dinner to enjoy with my kids. I ordered 2extra most bestest cheese and breadsticks. The cheese pizzas were way too spicy for my kids. You could tell they just picked off the jalepenos and sent a stale cold pizza. I called and was told I’d receive a refund in 10-12 business days and that it would be here before January 5th. I have since called multiple times because I have yet to see any sort of refund. They said they would escalate the matter and I would hear back yet it’s been now 5 weeks and I’ve had no refund nor heard back. The last time I called they even had the audacity to tell me that I’d only receive a 15% refund even though the entire order was ruined and the refund is late. If there was a negative star option I’d give them that because not only did they ruin my birthday dinner (which I’m old so it’s the only way I was going to be able to celebrate since no one buys me presents) but they’ve also given me the added migraine just trying to get back the $40 I wasted ordering the birthday dinner.

I ordered on the app to make it quicker. It was ready 45 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. I thought it took longer because I ordered a Hula Hawaiian, but when I got home the Hawaiian was cold (not even a little warm). And the cheese was warm. Three guys working in the back, but not much happening.
