They messed up my breakfast order. I ordered egg and cheese biscuit but realized after my receipt that they charged me for bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Completely unprofessional and this is not the first instance that they have messed up and charged me for something different.

Are here a few times while waiting for other stores to open in the presidential market of Snellville. Mama & I was going to get a quick bite but the dine in was closed in the middle of the day. A rude employee was yelling at us announcing that it’s drive through only. They might be short staff or whatever reason they have for not having the dine in area closed but the rudeness to their customers was a major thumbs down for me.

Visit was absolutely horrendous. Order was made wrong, which wouldn’t have been a huge deal had I not had to wait over 20 minutes for the order to be remade (is was just a single double cheese higher with mayo only). I ended up having to go inside and wait and it made me almost 30 minutes late for work. The lady working the expo screen where the fries were at was telling and being extremely disrespectful to the team. Saying things like “if x employee was here I wouldn’t have to worry about the food being messed up”. When I arrived at work a bit into my food there was a sliver of metal in the burger that broke my tooth. I tried to call the store the number doesn’t work. I tried to call the corporate number listed and was hung up on so beware eating here. They don’t care about safety at this location. I can’t even get a hold of them to make an incident report. I would go up there but I can’t leave work. I left photos of the metal sliver and of my broken tooth below.

I am extremely upset with my experience at this McDonald’s. Not only were the drinks wrong, but the food was wrong too. I ordered a Coke Zero and was given a regular Coke. I’m a Type 1 diabetic, and after drinking part of it, thinking it was sugar-free so then of course my glucose shot up because I didn’t count the carbs for my insulin pump. That is dangerous!! The employees need to be trained better before they kill someone.

The black woman with the braided ponytail and glasses and the Hispanic woman who worked this morning at 6:40am 12/19/25 have terrible attitudes. Nasty energy for no reason. Nobody is forcing u to work here if you don’t wanna work here then quit. I just came to get breakfast before I go to work it’s not my problem that u hate ur job or yall are understaffed. Also mobile ordering is turned off for whatever reason the app says the store is closed when they’re clearly open.

Went there today on my break at 12:00 from work got the five dollar McChicken meal. The meal was cold. Only thing that was lukewarm was the nuggets went back after my shift at 2:30 and request a refund and at first the Hispanic girl manager didn’t wanna give didn’t wanna give me a refund for the McChicken sandwich because a bite was taken out of it, but how would I know the chicken sandwich was old without taking a bite also the fries were cold and when I asked for a refund for those, she said some fries were missing obviously some fries would be missing because how could I predict the future and know my fries were going to be cold. She was extremely rude and didn’t want to apologize. And didn’t even wear gloves going through my bag that already had my hands all over it. Will be reporting to corporate.

The tall Indian man and a pale girl with the dermal piercing made a rude gesture towards my girlfriend. Whenever we were coming up to the cashier to receive our food, the tall Indian man got the attention of the girl and pointed at my girlfriend and they both proceeded to laugh. This obviously made our experience terrible and we will never come back here again

Hate to even give 1star! Horrible customer service, went through the drive through and the order was completely wrong. Go inside and they’re just as backed up and rude. Nothing but kids working there and have no sense of care in the world. Manager was just as bad I see why they act the way they do. This place need all type of inspections and definitely people training!

The hours of operation showed 6:00 a.m.. I arrived at 7:06 a.m. on November 1st, 2025 and they Said the store wasn’t open yet. I asked if there was a manager or district manager contact and was told no and they sent me on my way.
