We were extremely impressed by the food, the friendliness, and cleanliness of this KFC. We haven’t enjoyed KFC for a long time, as we live further South where there is no KFC! This visit did not disappoint!
The chicken was absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, and juicy. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were, as always, a treat. It’s really wonderful that KFC still tastes the same today as it did 40-50 years ago!
The lady who took our order was very friendly and patient, asked if we’d like to hear about the specials, and was able to get us exactly what we wanted.
Overall, a very pleasant KFC in a very convenient location off the highway on Clint Drive, across from Quest Diagnostics and Vitality Direct Primary Care.

There is something special about this KFC. They food quality and service is consistently far better than any other KFC in the KC area. We drive to Belton from Independence frequently for this specific location. You can tell the management here actually cares, and it makes all the difference in the world.

So not worth the price especially when they mess up your order 2 different times in a row. When We let them know about the order being wrong, they refused to fix it. We have also witnessed, them telling a customer they that was waiting for almost an hour for their order that they were out of pot pies. When the customer left over heard that they forgot about order. The next group of people that came in ordered pot pies and they miraculously had some. Did reach out to corporate and was sent a $5 coupon? Don’t care about the coupon we just want the old KFC back, where people took pride in customer service.

Went here last night around 8:20 pm-I ask for some fries, so the dude said pull up and he will have my order ready in a min. 15 minutes went by and no fries im like I never seen no fries take this long. So I pulled back up to the drive thru and I said “Hey where my fries?” this dude was like you haven’t got your fries smh man what the hell you think and he i think he was a supervisor. He was a white man he had brown reddish beard. As I observe him this do was higher than a giraffe neck. Eyes was buck wide open his throat was clicking and he was sweating like he just ran a 100 miles in a desert smh they hire anybody now days

Went just for hot wings. I passed up on the one in grandview mo. Just because I wanted to be closer to the house. Bad decision, I get there and they tell me I couldn’t get my wings cooked to order because they already had wings ready! So I got wings cooked to order at churches and cooked to order and less expensive! I Ment to mention it’s in Belton. Sad!

My boys n I had Fast Food Friday dinner at this KFC. We had 5PC Tenders and 12pc chicken nuggets combos. The KFC chicken nuggets are much better than other chicken nuggets at other places. The Service was great, when my boys needed more sauces n we got when asked for. The place was neat for Friday rush!

I stopped by at 8:30 last night for a 12 piece tenders meal. They were not busy I was the only car in the drive thru and no one was inside. I still waited on my food and I dont mind waiting. However, I got home and I only had 8 Tenders. It is bull because that is $50 meal, and it is already not worth $50 but my kids and I were hungry and I worked all day. I tried calling and no one answers.
