One of my favorite places to eat—this spot has never disappointed. The food is always prepared exactly how I order it. The teriyaki wings are delicious, and both the fries and fried rice are always fresh. Portions are generous, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and today was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
You weren’t even busy, yet my order was messed up three separate times, requiring me to return each time. The rice was uncooked, the soda was flat, my French fries (part of the combo) were missing, and the lemon pepper wings were soggy.
When I asked for a manager, I was told she wasn’t available. When I called instead, I was told she said to “bring it back and we’ll remake it.” That’s not a solution after three trips caused by your mistakes.
What is the compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor service? Simply remaking the order again does not address the issue.
This was extremely disappointing, especially from a place I’ve supported since day one.

4/5 stars? Maybe a long long long time ago. I literally purchased $140 worth of food and EVERYTHING was terrible. I’m super positive the chicken was old, the sauce on the wings were terrible. The Philly was disgusting. Nothing was fresh about it. Called the establishment and asked if something could be done to rectify, like anything. Someone answered the phone and told me no, tried to justify the utter disgust. Terrible customer service and just outright greed.

Service is not the same as it was years ago. Downhill. I’ve never seen lemon pepper wet wings look like this. Mind you this was supposed to be crispy… plus the BBQ wings look horrible like the sauce came straight out the jar and not even tossed. The cashier assured me this is what the wings are supposed to look like…. You be the judge. Wondering if this place is under new ownership or if they really just don’t care anymore

I’m giving one star because of how a simple issue was handled. I ordered through Uber Eats and did not receive the slice of cake I PAID for. I work night shift and, although I meant to call sooner, it slipped my mind.
When I called to let them know, they said there was nothing they could do. We’re talking about a slice of cake not a full meal and some effort to make it right would’ve gone a long way. Because of how it was handled, I won’t be patronizing this location again. AND i spent over $50 dollars! “When a business won’t address a small mistake, it says a lot about how they value their customers.”

Will not order from them anymore. I noticed every time I would call and place and order Id ask hie long it will be and they always say 10 or 15 mins yet I get there and wait 20 mins or more. So today I asked them are you holding the order until the customer gets there to make it and the lady says yes. Well then that makes no sense and they are WASTING people’s time. I literally am getting lied to about a wait time when the order isnt even being made. There is no reason to order over the phone it will not be ready.

Paid for all flats hot honey lemon pepper combo and wings were not fried fresh. They were refried and dry and minimal coleslaw to replace fries. Very disappointing because I know they have served better

Order a large SHRIMP FRIED RICE, not a piece of shrimp in the plate. Get all the way home to find my order not correct. How about you provide customers with what they paid for. SMDH

this is the worst place to be at. i had the shrimp with side rice and sadly the shrimp was uncooked and i asked the manager twice and it was the same you can literally see how unbaked the fried shrimp was. when i asked them to cancel and then they changed the ticket to a different price and receipt instead of the $9 shrimp price they changed to a 4:50 plus i paid on my credit card and she gave me cash $4:50? and with a small rice. a worst customer service and bad food horrible customer service sadly i forgot to take pic of the fried shrimp with its dough. less than one star
