My wife and I went Sunday afternoon around 3pm. I was so happy we chose to go. The sirloin tips were so tender, juicy and flavorful. I ordered nachos with extra beef, which was artfully created and delicious. Our server was a pro too! Looking forward to our next visit!

It is uncommon for me to leave a negative review, if the experience at least meets expectations. Not so this time. For the past 5 years or more, I request the server order for me. Never before has the request met with such vitriol. The server (who shall remain unnamed) almost yelled at me “No way – you’re not putting that on me today, I’m too busy to deal with this type of stress….” Note – it was noon on a Monday and the place was almost empty. Seems the pipes froze and the fire alarm was randomly going off, but still….! He finally asked if the special would do – the Sloppy Jack Special – and to avoid escalating matters I agreed. Unfortunately, it was less than mediocre. I make better sloppy joes with canned tomato soup and ketchup. (Look up recipes online – quick, easy and delicious with worcestershire sauce and onion.) My buddy had the reuben — very ordinary, served with chips. The sloppy joe arrived all by it’s lonesome self – see picture – on a small plate, the bun looking and tasting like it was off the shelf from WalMart. On a positive note, he did keep my diet Pepsi filled. You can do better Cowboy Jacks.

Just happened to see this place and decided to give it a try. I’m SO GLAD we did. Told the waitress it was our first time and she gave us a rundown of happy hour and I asked her for her favorite item. We ordered off the happy hour menu so we could try a few shareable items. Ended up with potato skins, bbq chicken sliders, and bbq pork sliders. I would go back and get the same thing and be happy! I need to find one closer to where I live but if not we’ll traverse here! Soft slider buns, great flavor on both meats, just enough filling to fill the bun but not lose everything and simple but flavorful potato skins. Skins came with a small side of sour cream and salsa. They have a few beers on tap and the Coors Light hit the spot. I will be going back to try most everything in the next week or two. MUST TRY bar and restaurant with plenty of booths and open seating!

The Cowboy Jack’s TV is obnoxious. Taps are out again. Menu changed a while back. Sigh. (August ’25)

My husband can’t get enough of the scorpion wings and happy hour beer. I’m along for the ride as it’s usually his choice.

They changed the pizza

But the staff is still great!

We had a wonderful meal at Cowboy Jack’s Plymouth! Our server Krysta was super friendly and welcoming, and the manager Cierra was amazing! We had the Chuckwagon Mac N Cheese and the Brotherly Love bowl, both of which were filling and delicious. I’m not normally a bar patron, but I would come again for the great service alone!

I dont want to be too harsh due to this bar being one that generally does me right. Tonight I went here and ordered a long island. The drink was so clear and came back in 5 seconds. I dont know if they just try and underserve people on purpose or not. She even after I didnt want to drink it, argued with me on me paying for a drink that wasnt made properly. I proceeded to order a beer so it couldnt be made wrong. She proceeded to question me rather then serving me. Asking if I could even drink the beer. After improperly making a drink she wanted to question me and try to imbarase me infront of the other patrons. At the end of the interaction i wrote her name down for my reveiw. Tanicka started backtracking and mentioning she would comp my tab and call the manager but I had a movie to go to. Instead of giving me the ability to pay my tab and let me leave. I had to mention that she is harassing me and going to make me miss my movie. She looked regretful for the interaction afterwards. I hope she learns a lesson from this interaction but it soured my night that she wanted to make a spectical of it on a teusday night.

Great atmosphere and service but be aware their “Sunnies” are served skin on, and the mixed vegetables are simply frozen veggies steamed and served unseasoned. Skip this dish and go for something else.

Great food and excellent service. Great little cowboy setting atmosphere. If you’re looking for place to take some friends too, for a night out watching the game this is a good spot. As well as a nice dining area for a dinner for 2. They also have a outdoor firepit in the front. They have raffle games while I was there for free drinks. The steak was great. My friend had his steak cooked wrong but the manager not only had it cooked again but discontinued his food and gave him a 26 dollar voucher. Definitely check them out.

Fun place to watch a game . Friendly staff. Looking forward to eating here. We just came for a drink. They have outdoor seating even in the winter. It is a heated area. So if you enjoy a cigar with your Whiskey then you can take your drink out side to the heated area. Very warm under the heater. They also have a specials several nights out of the week for food and drink. WE are in town for 2 weeks so we will be back to try some of the food on the menu.
