placed my order on the app an hour and 20 mins before they closed. pulled up and the man at the speaker asked for my code after saying that i was picking up and online order, told me they can’t find my order and to reorder through the speaker. i decline because im not about to pay again for my order and he said if i don’t pick up the app order it would be refunded. i pressed cancel order on the app but it tells me its not able to cancel since its already being prepped. i get down since the dining hall is open and show the manager my app and how i can’t cancel the order. she tells me she stopped orders from incoming 30 minutes ago (@10:30pm) when they closed at 12:00 am the reason being “maintenance” and that she can redo my order for a “promo”. (why did the man at the speaker ask for my order code if they cancelled incoming orders 30 mins ago????) and while talking to her she rudely yelled to the man working in the window “is it 11:00 pm yet??”. i ended up leaving with no food and “hopefully” a refund. oh btw they placed those cones in the entrance of the drive through right after my boyfriend and i walked out of the dining hall. i had a feeling they just didn’t want to make our order.. nobody wants to work anymore!!! do not place your order or come to this mcdonald’s unless you want to leave with no food.

Service was great although it did take a little longer because it seems like they’re under staff, but attitude was awesome. The food tasted great. The burger had so much flavor.
I’m not a big fan of the ambience. I don’t like to order the little machines the chairs feel hard kinda like they want you to leave quick don’t like that. You can’t see them. Prepare your food back in the day but hey, how things must change I guess.

⭐️ ZERO STARS — DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE – MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!
On January 21, 2026 at approximately 10:45 a.m., I witnessed behavior at this McDonald’s that was so inappropriate and disturbing it left me genuinely disgusted.
During normal business hours, in a restaurant open to the public, a person who appeared to be the store manager entered the men’s restroom area with another male customer. The customer was wearing a royal blue hoodie jacket, dark shorts, black Crocs, and a red hat. Shortly after they entered, explicit sexual noises were clearly audible.
Let that sink in: this was happening inside a fast-food restaurant, during the morning rush, while customers were present.
This was not subtle. This was not questionable. This was blatantly inappropriate conduct occurring in a food establishment, raising serious concerns about sanitation, professionalism, public decency, and management oversight. No customer — ever — should be subjected to this while simply trying to order food.
This is beyond a “bad experience.” This is a health and safety issue and warrants immediate investigation by corporate leadership and the local Health Department. If this is the level of behavior being tolerated or ignored by management, then the integrity of this location is deeply compromised.
I strongly urge McDonald’s corporate offices and health authorities to look into this incident immediately. Until then, I advise customers to avoid this location entirely. The environment was unprofessional, disturbing, and unacceptable by any standard. Manager walks out 25 minutes later and heads to food service area and handles customer food. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

My little brother literally had his bag pulled out of his hands by an employee — a Chilean guy who always wears a cap and glasses. He’s been rude before, but this time he went way too far. Instead of talking to us or even checking what was going on, he just snatched the bag like we were doing something wrong. I told him to just ring us up correctly and asked for a receipt, especially since he never puts paper in the machine. It’s always some kind of issue with this place.
I get that most of the workers here are young, but that’s exactly why a manager needs to actually supervise. And honestly, the manager had no idea what he was doing. He didn’t handle anything, didn’t step in properly, and somehow managed to make it feel like we were the problem. He made my whole family feel like we were trying to steal, which was completely disrespectful and unnecessary.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location, but it’s definitely the worst experience so far. The attitude, the lack of training, and the overall disrespect from the staff are unacceptable. No family should ever be treated this way, and a manager shouldn’t allow this kind of behavior from anyone on their team.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it’s a disappointment when it comes to the Happy Meal toys. My kids get excited about the toy that’s being advertised, but when we get here, they’re given something completely different — every single time. It feels like false advertising, and it’s really frustrating as a parent. I don’t know if this is just a problem with this specific location or if it’s something McDonald’s does in general, but either way, it’s not right. Kids look forward to these things, and it’s unfair to constantly let them down.

Man I never complain about fast food places, because you’re getting what you paid for but this place has become ridiculously bad. And tonight was the final straw, I will never go back. Every burger i ordered had something wrong with it like someone was playing around. One burger was missing the burger itself. The next one was missing the ketchup, the next one was missing the onions and pickles. And it’s not just today, this place always has cold food, soggy fries, and messy orders. They seriously need to be retrained or get new management. I don’t even know how you can mess up a mcdonalds this badly. The owners might not even care, especially if they’re still doing good business. But this location is getting a horrible reputation and that’ll last for a very long time. It’s not like we’re asking for anything crazy, just don’t give us terrible food….

I went this morning to order a sausage McMuffin. As I drove by, I saw on the window the advertisement for the sandwich still at 3 dollars. I ordered at the drive thru and proceeded to pay. The cashier did not tell me the total, I simply paid her and moved forward. When I get to the second window I look at my receipt and was charged regular price. When the food was handed to me I told them about the discrepancy. The girl at the window asked and said that the special was over. I don’t know if it was the manager or another co worker who told her that. All this would had been avoidable if the manager on duty had removed the sign, or if the cashier had told me the amount I was paying before charging. At this point I don’t know if it was a lie to get me out of the window or if it was true and simply neither the cashier or the manager is doing their job correctly.

McDonald’s worst location has a new king. Besides getting very cold fries and cold chicken nuggets the service took well over a half an hour just to go through the drive-thru. Way to go guys, you have beaten the Macclenny McDonald’s by a mile. McDonald’s needs to shut this place down
