It must have been an “off day.
The order I received was mostly Vegan!?
The taco was a soft taco. Wich is not the usual.
Little disappointed.
I know it’s the deal box.
Yet I could have bought a 3 lbs. Chicken at Costco..

I asked two different employees if the restroom could be cleaned and also requested to speak with the manager. I was told the manager was not available. Despite informing multiple staff members, nothing was addressed during my visit.
The overall atmosphere felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the lack of urgency from staff made the situation even more disappointing. Management needs to take immediate action to ensure restrooms are cleaned frequently and that customer concerns are taken seriously.
Make sure you always check your order!
I just found out they gave me a zero sugar Baja Blast and I wanted regular. These people are dumb here!
Terrible! I will not be coming back!
First time I tried placing an order via mobile/online. I wanted to give it a try. I stay like walking distance from this Tacobell.
After I placed an order, in about 10 mins of receiving an email that order is ready, I reached there. I stood in the line & there were 4 people ahead of me when it was my turn I told them it was mobile order. So the attendant told me that they did not want to prepare my food in advance because it can get soggy. Make sense, I was like okay, I’ll wait.
Next, I am sitting and waiting on a table that food will be ready for me to pick up any minute. Then I noticed that 3-4 people who arrived after got their food. So, I thought they must be working on preparing food and stayed quiet but I am anxious that why are other folks getting food prior to me.
After the taco-bell gets almost empty, a confused person from kitchen walks out and asks me – Sir, are you waiting on something? That’s it, I knew at that moment that something was wrong with the order. Next thing, they mentioned that they do not have my order because the cook lost it since they got a lot of orders after my order. Luckily I had a screenshot of the Order, so they took it and prepared it. In short, it took me 30-45 mins after I arrived there to get my order. Is this really a fast food concept?
The reason I gave them 3 stars is that they gave me some extras to make-up. And I do not know their systems, so I would blame the TacoBell corp here for designing an app for food and gives no ability to the employees to recover that order and do not think about what if taco gets soggy if the mobile order is placed in advanced.
Nevertheless, I am frequenter to this place given it is close to my place. However, these guys are usually extremely slow inside and drive-thru. It’s a joke.
