They are very bad service there was literally hair in my sandwich when I opened it/they always forget something and mess up orders-like they will put your sauce in the bag but not no nuggets what kind of service is this they are all the way trifling every time I come here it’s always something new what have this Wendy’s come to a complete joke ♂️

This has been historically one of the more disappointing facilities in terms of cleanliness and service. Service is generally almost always slow, and food is not always completely up to par. In my most recent visit, I had the 4 for 4.44 special. It provided a mixed verdict. The chicken nuggets were fresh out of the fryer and tasty. The fries had been out a little bit too long and were just lukewarm. The burger was considerably undercooked and needed to be taken home and nuked in my microwave to be warm enough for my taste. The counters for utensils needed cleaning severely. And there is something very unsettling when you are handed your food and the kid behind the counter doesn’t even look you in the face when he’s serving you. This is one place I will go to only if I have to, and not frequently if I help it.

We don’t eat fast food often so maybe people are used to this at this location, but it was not a great experience. The girl at the counter was nice enough but certainly you can tell no one there wants to be there. The Cinnabons were a hardened stale rock of dry dough with frosting on top. Fries were cold. And attached is an image of their “baconator” which we got because my kid wanted something with lots of bacon! You’d think the “baconator” would suffice but look at this sad thing…we’ll definitely not visit this location again.

The manager who is the big lady with the piercing in the front of her mouth, and the short lady with the ponytail was very rude does not use gloves here not very sanitary they handle cash, then go to the Fry station without any gloves and to handle your food Location is very unsanitized will not be going to this location. The way the staff pass is rude and needs customer service training. People can get sick if you do not wash your hands and utilize your gloves so unsanitary

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place! Love it!

A great place for old fashion burgers and fries, healthy salads, baked potato or French fries with sea salt, but here the Chile with beans are my favorite…Also a good dessert menu!
