Waited in drive thru was parked, got my order it was missing a 5 dollar fish sandwich. Went back in w receipt to get it, the large women in drive thru said she put it in bag. We didn’t get a fish sandwich. Would not make good on it. I started getting loud and the manager decided to get me one while the large worker was constantly running her big mouth that she put it in bag. Pretty sure she ate my sandwich and tried her best to get away w it.

Easily one of the worst McDonald’s in town, and that is a tremendously low bar. They were being deliberately slow with the drive through so they could deny us our breakfast when we got to the window. The mobile order was placed at 10:10, we got to the drive through at 10:20, and finally got to the speaker at 10:30 sharp.

Ordered on the app a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit. Of course no cheese on it didn’t notice until I got all the way home so drive back and it’s 9:55am by then. They stop serving breakfast at 10:30 the manager was rude and didn’t want to even do anything about it and then walks away and comes back with a 6 piece box with a slice of cheese in it and said that’s all she can do because they are about to stop serving breakfast. Yeah in 35 mins. No it’s called she’s lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. She was beyond rude and just lazy. Mind you I’m pregnant as well and can’t eat certain things without getting sick. So when I wanted a sausage egg and CHEESE biscuit I thought I’d get one and it would be correct but no apparently that’s to hard for them to do and when they get told nicely after I get all the way home and then have to go back wasting gas mind you. They get told nicely it was incorrect and they just don’t know how to accept that. Some people don’t need to be managers when they are going to be that rude and that lazy. When again it was only 9:55 y’all are still serving breakfast and cooking it she just didn’t want to do her job. I won’t be spending my money here again if they keep this up and not even willing to fix their mistakes.

I don’t do McDonald’s often. I’ve lived next to this one for a few years, only been here maybe 4 times. I can’t recall having a smooth interaction, regardless of ordering method. These people need get it together. From the lack of communication to the lack of products actually have in store, this is bad business. And while I’ve never had to say this out loud I am never coming back to this store, it’s just not worth it. Time wasted and energy burned is the only expectations here. Bomb the building and rebuild it with new everything.

My Wife went out to get my kid some food after a crazy day. She asked if I wanted anything from McDonald’s. I told her a quarter pounder as they are made fresh. The patty is seared on both sides and raw in the middle. Phone number does not work, so I am reduced to reviewing your business online. You are only good as your weakest link. Well done (not the patty…) night crew.

Came in to pick up a DoorDash order. It was literally The only order they had. Front counter person was hiding at drive through window and didn’t approach main counter until I started knocking on it. Most of the food was already finished by kitchen but they didn’t have any hash browns cooked. She waited until now to drop them in the fryer wasting even more time.
